Hi, in this case I just wanted to help you by suggesting a complaint if you think something happened that shouldn't have happened. It is also written in the addendum that your user review would be treated fairly based on the outcome of the complaint. If you are not interested in help and I just misunderstood something, feel free to write your user review again, describing more casino experience and I have no problem accepting it.
