Idag tog jag fördel av en 100% bonus på 25 BGN med krav på att spela x5, dvs. BGN 25 insättning och BGN 25 bonus - BGN 50 x BGN 5 - 250 play-off belopp.

Jag vann 1 400 BGN och försökte ta ut dem, han gav mig ett fel och beloppet försvann från mitt saldo. Jag skrev till deras chatt och deras anställde försäkrade mig om att uttaget behandlades. Hello, as far as I know, not every casino is able to keep the bonus balance, and the real balance separately. It seems this one is not able or just can't. However, even if there is any amount left unwagered you should get the chance to complete the wagering if you did not breach any rule previously. Do I understand correctly, that they just voided your winnings? I think you should submit a complaint here anyway.

Many casinos have it in their terms and conditions that whenever you cancel a bonus, all winnings from the bonus are voided. That might be the case when you refused the 10.5 BGN bonus.

Sometimes you don't know if a bonus is a bonus.

I don't make big deposits and I don't place big bets. But in this casino, for the first time, I overdid it and exceeded my budget.

In one month I lost BGN 3000, which I have never done before.

The casino let me down with high RTP and bonuses. In the last one month, I have deposited 50 times worth BGN 3,000. And I have never seen a profit more than 1x the value of the deposited amount.

Also the casino has a huge problem with loading the page, games and bonus calculation.

I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend anyone to bet on a sesame.

Yes I have tried different browsers and devices. I clear the cache regularly and it's not a problem.

Regarding the bonuses, I have been contacted more than once. Every time their answer is that there is no problem.

I played with bonus funds and made 100 spins on a 2BGN bet. In the bonus, it showed that I had placed bets for BGN 100. After I asked them and they said I did 50 spins...... And that was complete nonsense.

I also accepted a bonus amount of BGN 60 and after that I could not bet on any slot. Then their explanation was that I did not fulfill the conditions of the bonus. But I have accepted it and see it as an active balance.

Also, in the full terms and conditions of the bonus it is written that the bonus amount must be wagered 35x. Let's assume that I have bet 1330.80 and I have 2869.20 left to bet. Which means that bets must be made for a total of BGN 4,200.

If the amount of the bonus without the deposit must be bet 35x, then 35x60=2100 is obtained. In order to receive the amount of BGN 60, a deposit of BGN 100 must be made. How then is this amount of BGN 4,200 obtained?

I'd say that even if only the bonus given must be wagered 35x, it means 35x60 = 2100, sadly the PrintScreen shows that you only wagered 1335,8 - that's not enough.

I will not deal with these scammers. My mistake was not reading the terms of their bonuses. But even if I read them they lie in them.
