Thanks.. When i look at my withdrawal its 605 euro which is weird because im really sure that i did a withdrawal request on 606 euro.. i still waiting on it though.. 8 days today i dont think i ever get my winnings..

I know it feels like all is lost, but hey, we have resolved situations with players waiting longer than a month. It's hard, but hold on! One euro is nothing compared to the amount you wish to withdraw, so if I may, do not trouble yourself with that.

I have been in touch with them on live chat.. i dont know i get the feeling they dont want to pay out my winnings.. they keep saying its 7 days to 21 days to complete it. Which i think its kind of long time to process a withdrawal.. i have screenshot from the specialist Claudia on the live chat.. from yesterday.
Well, as far as I can tell, the live chat in most casinos is usually not capable of doing anything other than repeating similar information as you got already. The way I see it, only the finance team would say something more helpful.
The range scaling from 7 up to 21 days feels like they could be short on people or catching up with overall delay... who knows.
Perhaps if you submit a complaint, the casino will respond more flexibly. Occasionally it works. How about we get back to this opinion on Monday?

Yes. Im still waiting for the withdrawal though. 11 days today.. still noting. They said they gonna send me email with a link so i can put my bank information.. then after that i will receive my winnings.. i have already done that when i did a request of my withdrawal.. still noting on my e mail either..

One of the worst casino site i have ever played on.. the live chat is rude saying the same shit over and over again.. closing the chat when you not done about questions.. they inform you different information about how much you can withdraw because of your deposit.. to me they said i can only withdraw x10 from my deposit. I deposit 20 euro got the welcome bonus.. wagerit.. before that i did a withdrawal for 605 euro.. i waited for like 20 days noting happen on my status for my withdrawal.. i end up cancel my withdrawal for 605 euro because of the limit they told med which i dont know its true or not.. they said different things on the live chat.. anyway cancel it and played just because i was så frustrating.. tried again to withdraw 200 euro instead.. then later the told me to wait 7 to 21 days.. AGAIn. There is nothing good about this casino. I finally got the close it..

I requested a withdrawal of £1800 on the 2nd January 2026. I’ve been chasing and everytime I do I get the same response saying it can take up to 21 working days. It’s now gone past that and I’m being told that it’s due to extra checks that are for my benefit! Has anyone actually ever received a withdrawal from them???

The casino told you it could take up to 21 days, which is not standard at all and is a long time. You also said that they've already exceeded that, so I have a feeling that they don't want to pay you.
