Hello, can you please describe the situation a bit more? What happened in the casino? Is it a withdrawal or something like that?

Yes I have been awaiting a withdrawal since the 24th of August which takes 5 - 21 buisness days according to Savanna win casino,they respond when queried with generic emails to keep you waiting,Sent KYC info and they just stop responding to you ,awful.customer service and not one person you speak to has any input to making the situation clear.Avoid Avoid Avoid!!

Thank you for describing the situation. 

I saw that you managed to file a complaint, so we are waiting for a response from the casino. I wonder if they will eventually write it off or not because I saw that they have a few more days. 

As for the withdrawal, you have been waiting for it for quite a long time and I don't understand why they have stopped responding. 

I would like to see a solution eventually, but we'll see in time.

Oh it really, it makes me sad and I would say it's an awfully long time. I certainly wouldn't wait any longer and I would recommend that you make a complaint here on this link and our team will try to help you.

Anyway, have you been in touch with the casino? Did they tell you why you're waiting so long? Did you have to verify?

They have given generic responses like they have a high number of requests at the moment and they are meticulous when it comes to checking gameplay to ensure there is no fraud. I have had a previous withdrawal accepted and received after 9 days and I have passed verification

Oh well, then it might change the situation a bit if you are talking about your gameplay being checked. If it's up to the game provider, the casino has to wait for them to say something relevant. 

Nevertheless, do you know why they are making such an investigation? Did you play with any bonus? Alternatively, do you know if this is over or not? 

I would say it's not unusual, but on the other hand, for a casino to make a check for more than a month is enough for me.

That's why I suggested you to open a complaint, where our team would ask you about the important things and later contact the casino.

Hi, I looked at complaints and user reviews, but they didn't tell me much because other players' experiences are quite old. We don't have anything newer about the casino at the moment, so I can't tell you how it is now. 

In any case, with such a safety index, I would say it's definitely not the best, and I would be concerned about how it will turn out.

However, did you ask the casino why it's been over a week? Was verification necessary or not? Is this your first withdrawal from the casino?

I keep getting the same message from the chat over and over again.. their timeframe is 7 days to 21 days to completed.. How is that even possible?? Yes my verification its passed. And 606 euro its kind of alot of money for me.

Hi Sara, my first withdrawal (£400ish) I got after 10 days I think. After that I won 2.5k and never seen it. After 6 months I played it down and cut my losses as it was annoying me. Don't put any more money in. If you get your money then take it and run but don't put any more money in. Don't annoy yourself by chatting to them as it's pointless. Hope you get it!!

Its insane!! Thanks for you reply!! Im waiting for 606 euro i deposit 20 euro and got the welcome bonus and come up to the wagering.. did a withdrawal 1 Aug.. still noting yet.. 606 euro its kind of alot of money for me.. my verification its passed too.. and dont know why its taking so long..

What withdrawal metod did you use when you got your 400 euro? Bank transfer? I did SEPA bank transfer withdrawal to be exakt. How long did it take when you finally got them on your bank Account? I really hope i get my money. Im really worried..

Whenever I got my withdrawal they payed out through card payment but I think they stopped doing that. I wouldn't put too much hope in actually getting it if I'm being honest. The only good thing is that you only gave them €20. I believe it's all a scam. I'm not sure how I got my money the first time. Best to put a withdrawal request in and then forget about it otherwise it will drive you mad.

Thank you for you advice!. I got two payment choices when i did the withdrawal.. bank transfer sepa and card payment.. i choice bank transfer. God i really need my money. It doesnt feel good at all right now. Its been 8 days tomorrow.. i dont know what to d if im not getting my winnings..

Oh. I get why you’re frustrated; waiting 7 to 21 days after verification is annoying, especially with €606 on the line. With a casino that has a low safety index, it’s unfortunately not unusual to see delays like this. Another player basically summed it up nicely, but now it’s just about being patient. These timeframes usually show slow internal processes rather than anything wrong with your account. Keep track of everything and hopefully it’ll be sorted soon.
