That is exactly what I told the Zombie I was talking to . Didnt matter, they are just not going to pay me. I think all these Online Casinos are SCAM for us 30-40 and $50 dollar players. They steal our money to pay the bigger players.

I am done with them. I wont play another cent. I live in Oklahoma, I have an Indian Casino in every town. So if they want my money from now on they will have to ask the Choctaws or Creeks for it. It is instant pay out there.

Wise move as I have pointed out in previous messages I think that there the internet is saturated with casinos and they are just not making the profits they would like so they, the corrupt ones, are fleecing anyone who has a decent win from a small deposit or multiple deposits. It's a dangerous place to risk your money if they are unlicensed and act in an unacceptable way when it comes to paying out. As if it's not hard enough to win in the first place. 😡

Sorry to interrupt again. Based on this whole conversation, I feel such a post is really not necessary. In my opinion, you've made your stance pretty clear before.

Could you please skip the next similar, one? Well, I don't even know how to call it... 🙏

Just give the complaint the time needed and then wait for your user review to be checked, because a review is another great way to be heard.

Hi there! I'm a player from the Netherlands and while reading your post it looks like mine! Exactly the same. You are waiting 3 weeks.....I am waiting 3 months now! In spite of having made a complaint.

I have little confidence that Guru can achieve anything with these scammers. And the same at Raging Bull Casino and Palace of Chance. I still have withdrawals that are not solved. These 3 casino's owe me more than $1,000. To my surprise I saw that the casinos are under the same management, so I filed a complaint with all three via GURU. All three keep asking for the same documents that I have already submitted dozens of times. Then you don't hear anything anymore and when I ask for it again they say that there are missing some document....while they have everything! It's the same song over and over again. This is unbelievable. I won't play another dime in this scam gang!

I guess you've decided how it's going to be after you get your money. 

Since you have a pending complaint and I saw that the casino is also communicating, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I firmly believe that you will be satisfied in the end. Although I don't want to run around making promises. When your documents are accepted let me know how your withdrawal is going. 

I'll keep my fingers crossed that everything is successful. 🤞☘️

The light went out at the end of the tunnel. I was told they are not going to deposit my withdrawl in my account. Amazing how they dont tell you that before you make a deposit.

I was told a 3rd party would not deposit my money in my account. I have the following issues with that.

1). When was I told I was sending my personal information to a 3rd party?

2). If the 3rd party does not pay to said account where I want my withdrawl going then the Casino should be liable. Just because someone else is paying or not paying their bills does not give them the right to not pay.

3). Now they want me to give them my other banking information????? So does that sound like a SCAM to you? The account I set this up on I rarely use, I did it for that sole purpose....Who is this "3rd Party" Players need to be aware of this, upfront not after the fact.

There is no 3rd party who pays, they may use a 3rd party application to take the money and make the payment but the decision about accepting the deposit and paying a withdrawal request comes from them the schisters if they fleece you and decide not to pay.

I just had my bank send me a bank card fraud alert, I have never had this happen in the 11 years I have had this account? Coincendence????? Who ever hit OBISOFT, I am going to find out who used that card.

If you have never had a withdrawal payed by them into your account in the UK if you believe you have been defrauded as the casino is a scam you can do a fraud charge back on your card and at least you would get any deposits made to them back. I wish you well as I'm now retiring from anything to do with online or any kind of gambling so I won't becoming back on here either I have to do a complete deep clean of all activities relating to it. Adiós amigo

I think this might not be a big problem either. Have you tried to arrange some alternative if it can't be sent from the casino to your regular account ? Do you happen to have a crypto wallet? I have a feeling it's not that complicated and if you could provide it, you'd get the money. But you probably can't move without it.

I think it had nothing to do with not being able to send to that account. I keep that account open for online purchase only, keep just enough money in it to keep it open and transfer money to it. The same day they requested another account, someone hit that account for 50 dollars, which was denied due to the fact I had $5 in it, I think that is why they needed another account....... I have had that account 11 years and have had no issues until that day...

So you take what you will from that. I am done with these Casinos, as everyone reading this should. These are nothing but SCAMS, read the reviews, same MO all across the board, long verification process, no pay, ect....

This website is a SCAM also, smoothing ruffled feathers to keep players plugging in their money. High rating on Ruby SLOTS????

Well I already understood that from the previous post. Michal has made it clear to you in your complaint that as an international casino, Ruby Slots processes deposits and withdrawals through a variety of payment providers, which may result in certain banks not being compatible for specific transactions. Such occurrences are nothing uncommon within the industry.

So it looks like you'll have to provide some other account, which I don't think is such a big problem to get your money. Unless they are worth it and you do so, we probably won't be able to help you any more.

As for the rating, it was also explained to you, but if you would like to see how our team review them, just read this guide

I'm sorry that this situation has arisen, but I don't think it has a hard solution. However, it won't work without cooperation. 😕

Your rating system, leaves a lot to be desired, if you rate Ruby Slots HIGH. Changing locations of a Casino or name, does not fix their issues.

If I were running this site. I would go by complaints per month. Next you will tell me some Casinos are larger and that wont work. Here is the way I look at it if Casinos are large then they need to hire more people to take care of issues, so that should never be an issue.


Your rating system is a joke.

If you think so, you can use other sites as well, because our team tries to do everything in their power to do whatever they can to get the job done the best way they can. 

Of course, sometimes in casinos it may not be because they don't have enough people, but simply because of what has already been mentioned. 

Unfortunately, I have nothing more to say about that. 🤷‍♂️

I personally don't believe in the promises made anymore. Soon it will be 4 months waiting so no good news from my side.

How about I add my fingers as well? Honestly, I agree that it's strange that Natali had to remind the casino rep to get back with the update, but this is not over yet.

Your case is literal as mine and I suppose of many players who are fooled by Ruby Slots. Everything you mention about documents and excuses they make is exactly the same in my case. I'm waiting from Jan. 11th and nothing happens. Very frustrating and I understand it makes you angry. It's so unfair. You want to have a good time playing, but when it comes to winnings you'll be fooled. Sad. And what you say about never playing anymore at Ruby Sots...I agree!

I hope not, I saw that the casino is communicating in the complaint but a week ago they wrote that they will move it to the right department. I believe they will come with an update as soon as possible. 😕
