This issue is NOT resolved.


After being informed that my account was finally verified and that I could withdraw my funds, I requested a withdrawal on May 20th to Skrill — the exact same payment method I previously used for my deposit.


After 3 days, the withdrawal was cancelled and the funds were returned to my player account without any proper explanation. On top of that, the Skrill withdrawal option has now been removed from my account entirely.


I have already waited over a month for verification, and now, after finally being approved, my withdrawal is being blocked again. This is completely unacceptable and looks like deliberate delaying tactics to avoid paying out my funds.


I am asking for:


- a clear explanation why the withdrawal was reversed,

- a clear explanation why Skrill was removed,

- and immediate processing of my withdrawal without any further delays.


Please understand that my patience has run out. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will consider escalating the matter further with relevant authorities and public review platforms.


I expect a concrete solution and payout timeframe, not another delay.

I have been waiting for this withdrawal for over a month now. After a long process, my account was finally fully verified, and through your mediation the casino also confirmed that I should choose a withdrawal method.


On May 20th, I selected Skrill and waited two days for the withdrawal to be approved. However, the withdrawal was suddenly returned to my player account with the alleged reason that I had submitted too many withdrawal requests, which is simply not true because I only submitted one request.


After that, when I tried to request the withdrawal again, Skrill had mysteriously disappeared as an available option. I then tried cryptocurrency, but I received an error. Later I submitted a bank transfer withdrawal request, but when Skrill appeared again, I cancelled the bank withdrawal and submitted a new Skrill withdrawal request yesterday. At the moment, I am still waiting for the withdrawal to be processed.
