Hey, that sounds like a pretty serious problem at the casino. Did you ask them why your bonus "disappeared"? I don't know what that means or why it would happen. Doesn't it show up in your bonus history?

I joined because of a promotion (50 PLN free bet for a Champions League prediction). I won 430 PLN, then deposited 80 PLN and completed the required wagering. My balance reached 680 PLN.
I requested withdrawal on April 19 via Skrill.
Since then, the casino keeps asking for the same verification documents (ID, deposits, source of funds), even though I have already submitted everything multiple times.
No clear explanation is given — only repeated generic responses.
This looks like a deliberate tactic to delay or avoid payment.
I strongly advise others to be cautious.

The main issue is that none of these documents have been clearly rejected with a specific reason. I only receive generic responses asking me to provide the same things again, without any explanation of what is actually wrong or missing.

One thing is more complex procedures before the first withdrawal is approved, but on the other hand, casinos should always be clear about possible shortcomings, especially when it comes to rejecting or let's say, not accepting players' documents. I would like to clarify an important point.
The casino previously informed me that the only remaining document required was my April payslip. After waiting, I submitted the requested payslip exactly as instructed.
However, immediately after providing it, the verification process suddenly restarted from the beginning and I was again asked for documents that had already been submitted multiple times before, including bank statements, proof of deposits and source of funds documents.
This is the main issue.
I already provided these documents earlier during the verification process. The casino never clearly explained why the previously submitted documents were insufficient, rejected or supposedly missing again.
So first I was told:
"Only the payslip is missing."
Then after sending the payslip:
the casino started requesting the same documents all over again.
The verification has now been ongoing for over a month despite my full cooperation and more than 14 submitted documents.
I kindly ask the casino to explain:
why the verification process was restarted after I submitted the requested payslip,
which exact document is genuinely missing now,
and why previously submitted documents are repeatedly requested again.
