Live chat does not help me. All I need is my mobile number approved. It's not hard but you make it so hard. On the app won't send me the code. Not my fault it's your app

Hello. Since we are not at the casino, I'm, not familiar with the details.
What seems to be wrong with the app? Could you describe how your number is supposed to be approved through the app? How does that work, please?
I imagine you seek help here, but I fear this is part only the casino support team needs to play. 🙁
