This casino has the longest and worst verification process

Hi, could you describe why this is so and what you have experienced or are experiencing ? It would certainly be helpful since no one has written anything about the casino yet.

 bet 120 euros for withdrawal. I was asked to confirm my passport and take a selfie. a few days later they asked for a selfie with a passport and a piece of paper with an inscription. Then, a few days later, they asked me to make a video with my passport, where I wave my hand.A few more days later they asked for

1. Confirmation of ownership of your phone number specified in your profile.

2. Official 2023 tax return and 2024 payroll.

3. Notarized passport

These are quite specific things. And so you cooperated with the casino and delivered these things? I think verification is necessary and must be successful in order for you to be able to withdraw the money. Have any documents been approved or rejected?

Yes They asked for a video me holding a piece of paper, showing ID, waving my hand in front of my face etc. ( I feel like a clown) I submited the video they asked, they said it will take 5 working days to verify it. If I withdraw my funds it gets cancelled because of this arbitary verification process. My profile is "verified" on their site if I click my profile but they ask for more and more documents.

Then you go through additional verification and until you pass it you won't be able to withdraw successfully. First it has to be successful, as I say. Sometimes casinos ask for things like that from players and I know it's not the most pleasant situation to be in, but if you can handle it, then nothing should stand in your way. So give them a couple of days to verify you and make sure everything is ok and then let them know.

If nothing changes, we'll try to help.

Nobody should send their birth certificate, tax refunds, and their yearly wage to them. Its a joke, they should maximum ask for a selfie with an ID card like other casinos did. What they gona ask next? A picture of my private parts to confirm that Im a male? This is a typical scumsino tactic so you just play with your winnings, or you completly give up because its 2much hassle.

It seems to me that some of the documents are not completely common, but it happens from time to time that the casino asks for such things. I know it's not the best and most pleasant thing for the user, but it's important to realize that if you don't pass the verification, then you probably won't be paid. 

However, if it keeps going on and on and the casino doesn't want to verify you, you have a complaint and our team will do everything we can to try and help.

Its a scam casino, atleast it gave me the last push to stop gambling. This whole online casino curacao scam scheme is disgusting. Even sites like these promoting it with 8.2 point joke. Do you also have experience with verification in this casino or do you speak only on the basis of what you have seen? What do they have in Terms? 

I saw that you said in your complaint that you wanted to close it and that you were giving up. That's exactly what I think you shouldn't do. If you do that and the casino is at fault, you basically achieve nothing. The safety index is also lowered based on complaints, so if we accept that you are right and the casino has made a mistake and won't try to resolve it, then its sefty index will go down. So if you are convinced that the casino has made a mistake then let our experts investigate further so that they can try to help you. When everyone finally says they are giving up, then the casino will still be in the same position, because in general nothing has been proven if you give up.

I am also finding that there verification process is lengthy and seems to be intentionally difficult in order to avoid paying out withdrawals. I am now at the 5th step of verification and am about ready to give up.

I submitted my ID and proof of address. They then asked me for a selfie with my ID alongside me holding up a piece of paper with Rocketwin and a unique set of numbers written on it. Fine I did this. They then asked me for an additional form of ID. Fine I sent them a copy of my Canadian citizenship document. They then asked me for a video, stating my date, name, showing my surroundings as well as showing my passport, and showing them a piece of paper with the date written on it. I have also submitted this to them.

they have now asked me for a notarized copy of my passport, which of course they won’t reimburse the cost of.

for context I have made a single deposit of €300 worth of ethereum. A bonus was added however I cancelled this bonus without wagering it. I then tried to withdraw my €300 deposit and was informed I needed to wager this x3. I did this and managed to turn this into €470.

This lengthy and demanding verification process is exhausting, it’s also frustrating that I will have to pay a notary - I also wouldn’t be surprised that they will just ask for more and more documents. All I want is my initial deposit back but I am about ready to give up. I would heavily caution anyone about signing upto this site
