1 week ago today I won $10750 CAD and started the withdrawal process, got my maximum $750 per day and up to 3 pending withdrawals, it’s been 1 week and nothing has happened yet, my withdrawals have been pending and the chat and email give me copy and paste answers with no help whatsoever , they keep saying it takes within 3 business days for withdraws to be processed and we are at a week and nothing has been processed and talking to chat and the email they give you is like talking to a wall

Hello, you find yourself in the same situation as other players who write here regularly. 

The casino has quite long payout times which you will have to be prepared for, although I'm not saying that's how it should be. You've been waiting for a week and you have no new information, you'll just have to be patient.

If you don't get the money within 14 days, I would definitely recommend a complaint and our team would try to help you. If you haven't broken any rules, it shouldn't be a problem to get the money, it just won't be the shortest time. 

Didn't you need to verify? Did you play with bonus or not?

And what did you check about the player? I would like you to avoid unnecessary verbal attacks on someone else who doesn't have a good experience here. It's quite normal that someone can run into problems. 

So when you say you get withdrawals in a day, do you have any withdrawal history to show how this is really true?

Did you have to verify your account? They are giving me a hard time over my verification. I’ve been trying to verify my account for the last week and a half.

I won a large amount and I’m freaking out that I might never see a penny.

Never asked me for any verification and no bonus was used as I know of the issues that always causes

Go into your account top right hand corner. There is a person symbol and check to see if there is a red dot beside your account details. They never even told me I had to verify my account. I just found out by randomly checking my account one day.

That is so weird, I won over 30,000 and tried to withdraw. They right way made me verify and didn’t tell me. I haven’t received a penny yet. Been 10 days. Let me know if you get your money? I think this casinos strategy is to delay players so they are weak and gamble all the winnings away. I’ll wait a long time I have self control. I want my freakin money that I won fair and square. How long have you waited now ?

Canadian here and also facing same frustrations and problems as you all. $10,000 won and with a daily limit of only $750 I initiated the max 3 withdrawals and have been waiting for 5 days now since the first withdrawal was requested….


No prompt to do verification, checking daily under the verification section and it’s still saying I don’t have to verify, contacting live chat says it’s being processed still and funds are on the way…. Which is just a copy paste bot message.


Very frustrating experience.

Thanks for letting us know. Keep me posted when you recieve your next pay out? I’m curious to see what I’m in for here. Keep in mind they don’t process anything on weekends. The admin only work Monday to friday. So if you withdrew on a Thursday you wouldn’t get it before Monday.

De säger att de inte behandlar betalningar på helgerna, men det har hänt mig flera gånger under helgen. Jag gillar inte heller hur de avbryter uttag efter 5 dagar på grund av ett fel i betalningsgatewayen, trots att det är en ursäkt och normalt sett avbryter jag dina uttag manuellt så att de kan köpa tid och du kan fortsätta spela...

You can erase the things that are necessary for you, I would say, and protect your data if it's such a problem. You don't have to send your entire transaction history with all the data. 🤔
