Eftersom jag inte har loggat in på för länge är det tyvärr standardpraxis på GMX.

De vägrar att erbjuda några andra alternativ. Enligt deras villkor måste man skriva från det konto som profilen registrerades med.

Sure, but is there any way to regain access using that email address? I mean, it’s pretty common to have to write from a registered email address, but I think that if it’s possible to verify that it’s really you, then maybe it could be resolved, though I’m not 100% sure.

I have one more question, what do you need to address with the casino regarding GDPR? I’m just asking so I know whether it’s a good idea to recommend lodging a complaint or if we don’t handle these kinds of issues.

Jag begärde information om GDPR-databehandling. Nej, det är inte längre möjligt att öppna stängda konton hos GMX igen, och därför kan jag inte längre logga in. Jag har dock redan lämnat mina passuppgifter, min tidigare e-postadress, min fysiska adress etc.

Hey, I would say that since the casino has already paid you at least one withdrawal, it’s quite likely that they will pay the remaining ones as well, it may just take a bit longer than you expected or hoped.

I do hope it won’t take too long and that you will also be able to withdraw the rest of your funds without further delay.

We give casinos 14 days, and if you are still unable to withdraw your money and the casino keeps giving you the same responses as your VIP manager, then feel free to contact us and submit a complaint, and we will try to help you with your situation.

Ok thank you. Been 10 days now and only got 25 percent of what I withdrew. The other 4 withdrawels are still pending and I am able to reverse them but I won't be doing that.

That’s fine, as long as they are still in a state where you can cancel them yourself. I would definitely not do that. It’s basically just a temptation for players to, let’s say in quotation marks, give up and keep playing instead.

But definitely don’t do it, because it will only unnecessarily delay the process. I believe you will hold on, and soon you’ll be able to tell me that you received the next half of your money, and that things will continue like this.
