I made my withdrawal 18 days ago with pulp casino still waiting.Getting told 3 days when I would have my money and never got them to then be told it has been processed and then it pending again.Awful service and awful customer service the live chats a joke everything they do goes to something else who you have to wait on an answer with and you never get one. Don’t use this casino !

My account has now been blocked for multi accounting apparently. They owe me 5700 withdrawal with that now being the 19th day of it pending

Hello,

do you have any idea if anybody from your household could register in this casino?

Because the most common reason for the multi-account accusation seems to be the same IP + same household.

Nobody at all would be gambling in the house hold as I live on my own so it’s impossible also I wouldn’t believe anything. Pulp casino have to say. The number of excuses they have used is ridiculous

They’re now saying they’re giving me a refund of 700 deposit that I started with. They won’t reply at all to my messages I’ve ask for evidence of the "multi accounting "

I would advise everyone to keep away from these,biggest scam I have ever seen.Could you put me in touch with one of Your team to get the replies quicker.

I'm sorry but the complaint team still has more than 6 days to respond. I did not say we will solve your case instantly. I notified the team about your update and the problem with accessing your complaint. 

Please be patient, there are hundreds of players in the same situation, we can't help all of you at the same time.

That's quite interesting. I've never heard about a casino who would claim on one side that a player has multiple accounts, but on the other hand, they'd be willing to refund the deposits. That sounds strange to be honest.
