I signed up and played at Planet 7. I won but it said I needed to deposit $10 in bitcoin to verify. So I did and it verified. Said the payout was sent but this was yesterday. Are payouts in bitcoin instant or how long does it take? I tried calling customer service but says it's not a working number and hangs up on me...

Update, I am not receiving a payout. First they said I had multiple accounts which is not true. Then they said it I am not receiving a payout because I played more than one free chip which is also untrue. One word for planet 7. SCAM!

Hi, I'm afraid this can be explained only by the casino's tech support department. It seems to be a bug related to their database. I suppose the email you see on the screen is yours?

I have made a deposit on Planet 7 Casino on the 27 Nov 2023, i am still waiting for verification so that my withdrawal can be processed, has anyone else gone through the same experience?
