I signed up and played at Planet 7. I won but it said I needed to deposit $10 in bitcoin to verify. So I did and it verified. Said the payout was sent but this was yesterday. Are payouts in bitcoin instant or how long does it take? I tried calling customer service but says it's not a working number and hangs up on me...

Update, I am not receiving a payout. First they said I had multiple accounts which is not true. Then they said it I am not receiving a payout because I played more than one free chip which is also untrue. One word for planet 7. SCAM!

This casino and all its " sisters" all ,24 of them Ruby ,Club Player etc etc will do everything they can to first keep rejecting ur verification repeatedly only way i got verified was because my birthday was incorrect so told cashier abd they said send dl pic to support i explained i had 100 x but they say pic to blurry he says send to him he will fwd it to support and escalate it within minutes it was correct and showed me as verified two days later says not verified picture i sent to blurry again i said ig it was then how did they change my birthday if they couldn't see picture they knew i had them in check and switched it back to verified. Furthest thing from instant as they could ever be more like non existent from all the feedback I've read on this site and many many other sites. I think it might be the bonuses and especially the fact that players are late to check the information about the casinos they go to, which I think is a mistake.
