Hi, so far we haven't managed to get an answer from the casino, so it's quite possible that you're thinking straight. It's a pity you didn't check the information beforehand because I believe you wouldn't have been able to find it there. 

Anyway, when did you make your withdrawal? Are you in contact with the casino?

Casino - med noll IQ. Och givetvis med noll utbetalningar. Mina 2 insättningar på 100 dollar, några dagars vadslagning i kasinot och på sport, och sedan bestämde jag mig för att göra den första begäran om uttag. Det finns 100 dollar på kontot. De bad om dokument - jag laddade upp dem till sajten och skickade dem med post. De var tysta i en månad och bad sedan att få skicka dem igen. Skickade dem. Ytterligare en månad gick, skriver jag i chatten – de säger "vi kollar snart, i mitten av nästa vecka". Onsdagen kom, jag kom ihåg dem, gick till sidan och det finns 0 dollar på kontot. Jag skriver i chatten: vad händer?

Och sedan överraskade dessa affärsmän mig som ingen annan någonsin hade överraskat mig.

De säger att på grund av din inaktivitet måste du sätta in hälften av insättningsbeloppet, då låser vi upp dig!!! (se skärmdumpar av korrespondensen). De gjorde precis min dag! Även om det var synd att förlora pengar, minns jag inte att någon försökte lura mig så enkelt och fräckt. Så jag skriver till dem: nej, vänner, låt oss göra på det här sättet - ni ger mig mina 100 dollar, och jag kommer omedelbart att sätta in tusen dollar till er. Vill du att jag sätter in 100 tusen? Nej, säger de, det är inte möjligt. Jag kallade dem "idioter", och de förbjöd mig direkt.

Has anyone managed to successfully withdraw from pitbet? They won’t help on live chat and just ignore Emails apart from one reply which mentioned a £4.25 bonus to wager which I must have done easily by now. I have £1500 sitting in my account and have probably deposited more than that. They have now turned off the withdrawal function after rejecting about 10 withdrawal attempts.

I guess I have bad news to share. Do I expect correctly that you are unable to see the casino review here?

There's literally nothing positive to say about the site. They scam people; they don't pay out in most cases. Unfortunately, that's the current state of this so-called casino and I'm sorry I do not have anything positive to add.

If you do not mind, could you tell me how you found this "pit"?

After 8 days for verification they took all the money out my account, had £2500. Straight after taking the money out they verified my account doesn’t make sense. Cant contact live chat they won’t reply to emails. I had no bonuses nothing I haven’t seen one case of where they’ve paid out. Stay away from all these casinos, if you have to use these casinos to get a bet on, then you shouldn’t be using them. Accept your money is probably gone and try find help. Only one winner always, sadly seems like these casinos will be around for a while with no regulation

Quite unreasonable of the casino but what else could you expect. I wanted it to turn out well, but the casino's score told me that something was not going to be good. 

Definitely don't play there anymore and whenever you play somewhere, check where you are going to play. At least you'll minimize some things and I'm sure you wouldn't go here again.😥

The other players reported problems and none of them confirmed successful withdrawal. Only unresolved complaints are piling up. I'm sorry, this site should be avoided.

What issue are you facing, if you don't mind? Though I'm not convinced it would help you, your experience may help others to read about it before they register there.

Hello, almost all of the complaints I've seen have been about withdrawals, so I don't know. In any case, it's a casino with a poor safety index, and they don't respond to complaints, so I'm not surprised that this is the case. 

Did the casino tell you anything about why they didn't close your account for so long, or are they not communicating at all? 

I am going to post my experience with this casino too. Pitbet is a SCAM casino. I have been dealing with these scammers since may 2025 because they have been rejecting my withdrawal requests and all the proof of address documents i uploaded (i've tried utility bills, bank statements and many more). Yesterday my proof of address was finally approved, today they removed 2000€ from my real balance and just left me with 62€.

It was all real money coming from slots winnings. Their email support won't answer and they banned me from the chat because they didn't like that i called them out. I am going to post a screenshot as well:

As you can see my latest transaction is the withdrawal request from may 22nd which was rejected, so the money should have returned to my balance. Except it wasn't. And there are no other transactions after that. So they just stole my 2000€ because now that they verified my account, they still didn't want to pay out my winnings.

Make sure you NEVER play on this casino, they won't pay out your winnings.

Hello, if you haven't done that, I would file another complaint. If you say the matter started in May 2025, I cannot guarantee that we will be able to help, but I guess we can at least take a look at the casino, which has been rejecting the documents for so long. I just do not understand what outcome you or the casino expect. I mean, if I got it correctly, you have been depositing and trying to withdraw for over a year. Did you try to complain somewhere in the meantime? I may have overlooked that case because your complaint here at Casino Guru is quite long. In any case, a deeper look could not hurt, I reckon. What do you think?

I had not filed a complaint about this casino before. I didn't keep depositing, I just kept playing with the money I already had in my account and kept sending them the required documents, I kept winning and they kept refusing my documents, until yesterday when they finally accepted my document and deleted 2000€ from my real balance for no reason.

I just submitted a complaint now, let's see how it goes.
