OnlyWin has been deliberately stalling and gaslighting me over my cashback bonus. My balance was zero, I made no withdrawals, and the cashback amount is straightforward, yet instead of paying it, they keep claiming I had "more winnings" to justify not crediting me. Those supposed "winnings" were all subsequently lost, which they know full well.
They told me bonuses were being manually checked to prevent delays. Now they say only the technical team can handle it, while trying to fob me off with a meaningless cheap garbage, "Goodwill" bonus that has nothing to do with my actual cashback.
This isn’t confusion, it’s a calculated runaround. They’ve contradicted themselves repeatedly, changed their story to suit the moment, and done everything possible except pay me what I’m owed.
If this is how they treat a supposed VIP, it’s clear they’ll play the same games with anyone.
I have the full screenshot trail of them contradicting themselves, moving the goalposts, and playing games with terminology to cover their tracks.

I really hope that you will be able to solve all this with them. As cashbacks and bonuses are actually gifts, as we could call them, from the casino, we are unable to do anything with such a situation, you know.

The reason I noticed the silent downgrade is precisely because I check this information regularly. Anyone can check the RTP of their new game offerings and easily compare it to the standard settings offered on other reputable websites.

If you were the casino, would you continue offering VIP services to a long-term player who directly or indirectly accuses you of manipulating games? From that angle, closing the account can seem like a logical resolution, not a personal attack, just a way to handle a situation the casino cannot fully control. Imagine that casinos operate the games but don't create or manage them, so they can't really prove anything on the spot.
What you see as evidence might, from their perspective, be just a signal that the relationship is no longer workable. Please don’t take this personally, but without hard evidence, there really isn’t much a casino can do to convince a player, and closing the account often becomes the most neutral solution.

I'm horrified by this casino. I lost $1,700 one day and they gave me a terrible bonus of $150 with a wagering requirement of x40 😲😲😲 And the worst part is, the maximum win is $200. This is a joke!!! I wrote to the operator, and he promised that someone from their team would write to me. The next day, I lost $1,300 again and asked for a bonus. Hi, I understand that losing at a casino is not exactly what players enjoy, but the casino is not obliged to give you bonuses for losing a certain amount.
