I have passed full verification, with personal data and documents, as well as full card data, account statement, bank transaction was canceled about ten times, they can't give me the reason, then they told me to try another method, I didn't have money for crypto, I created, borrowed and deposited, played 27 euros to transfer to crypto and I was also canceled this morning, they couldn't tell me the reason, we will contact you and let you know. If they have problems with the payment methods, they will have to solve them first, and if even the alternative hasn't helped, then I would say the best thing to do is to wait and see what they find out and get back to you.

Jag har loggat in och vunnit €600 på ninecazino, det har fastnat på uttaget och nu låter det mig inte komma åt sidan var som helst, inte ens från applikationen jag har.

Vår erfarenhet, min och några vänners, har varit katastrofal, men vi ångrar åtminstone inte förlusterna för med bara 20 euro lyckades vi vinna 1000 (var och en med sitt eget konto, jag pratar om allmänna belopp), vilket vi var sedan oförmögen att dra sig tillbaka tack vare dessa gangsters. Till slut gick tiden och vi blev uttråkade och det slutade med att vi förlorade på egen risk. Min rekommendation är att du undviker den här typen av casinon där spansktalande operatörer inte ens har den minsta kundservicekompetensen.

I have been waiting over 60 hours for my Skrill deposit to arrive.

I am a new customer, making his first deposit, giving them all necessary information, but after 60 hours and very vague responses "we are working on it" the deposit has still not arrived.


At this point I wish to just cancel the deposit, because I do not want to give them a single penny of my money, but of course according to them "cancelling is not possible" and "deposit has to be wagered 3 times" instead of one.

Hello, these are difficult situations when the deposit is not found immediately in the casino. However, sometimes it can take a couple of days. Have you tried contacting the payment provider to see if everything was OK on their side and the money went out normally ?

I deposited a lot of money with NineCasino, then I won 6000 Euro. Lost most of it and decided to close my account for gambling addiction. They now refuse to payout my 2000 Euro which I still had in my account and they refuse to reply on my emails. I would avoid this casino at all cost, they are a fraud. I've worked in the casino industry myself for over 10 years and with my experience I wanna advice everyone to avoid this site.

Hello, did they also give a reason why they don't want to pay you the money you have there ? It seems to me that it's not quite normal. As for closing the account, did the casino do that or not ?
