The casino has stolen from me as a result of their behaviour which CasinoGuru has condemned.

The complaint you had is reopened. We'll try to make sure it's all resolved fairly. As the complaint is open, it is not possible to change the safety index at the moment. Also, even if the complaint ends up being unresolved, the safety index changes once a week, so you would have to wait for it to go down.🙂

I'm going through hell with this casino. 4 months of CG helping me get verified, for the casino now refusing to process a 200 withdrawal. They only want me to request the full 2000, if you look online they have a history of saying money is processed and players never getting it and refusing to help.


CG need to draw attention to the fact this Casino group used to call themselves Goldwin and were kicked out of Malta and fined millions by the swedeish and dutch governments for this same behaviour. They also closed their previous company owing many many players.

Jag vann 2000 € på MrWest Casino! 🥳

Min kontoverifiering bekräftades den 5 december, varefter jag begärde ett uttag. Efteråt granskade jag villkoren igen och laddade även upp ett dokument som bevisar pengarnas ursprung till casinot. Med tanke på uttagsbeloppet tänkte jag att detta kunde vara till hjälp.

Tyvärr har jag fortfarande inte fått något svar från casinot. Jag har redan kontaktat kundtjänsten, och de sa att de för närvarande upplever ett stort antal förfrågningar, vilket kan orsaka förseningar. De rådde mig att helt enkelt vänta lite längre.

Ser du det på samma sätt? Eller borde jag anmäla? Jag är ganska osäker...

To be fair and square with you, many casinos fall into heavy delays shortly before holidays and then have quite a hard time getting back to normal. It happens every year. 🙁

However, you have been waiting very patiently for quite some time and I believe it would not hurt to send the casino our best regards through the complaint. I would submit one. If nothing else, just to remind them that it is up to the management to deal with such struggles because once the player loses trust, it's literally the end.

I honestly hope there is nothing more serious going on behind the curtains and that you will be verified and paid sooner rather than later!

Jag såg just att min begärda utbetalning har ändrats från "väntar" till "lyckades".

Pengarna finns inte på mitt konto än, men det borde inte ta mycket längre tid... om allt går smidigt. 🙂

Also the Buckin' Bronco Tournament seems rigged. same 10 players winning the tournament over 6 months...

My points refreshing when i earn (checked in incognito mode too).sometimes can see real players cuz theirs points goes up like mine from minute to minute. The bot accounts points just goes up daily once or twice. i was just eye witness how they added the points to those accounts one by one to push out real players from the winning places.
