It is worth the mention that this company is based in Malta but uses a Anjouan license to avoid all issues and trouble since their former casino Westcasino.com lost its license for their practices (basically being a rogue casino)

I had never opened an account at this casino, yet I received a promotional email from them. When I tried to sign up, I was surprised to see a message saying that my email and username were already taken.


After checking on Casino Guru, I discovered that this casino is affiliated with West Casino, where I had an account back in 2020. That account was permanently closed due to gambling addiction.


Out of curiosity, I tried logging in using the same credentials I had used for West Casino—and it worked. Once inside, I found that my profile contained my old address and other data dating back to 2020, which had been transferred from West Casino.


As a result, I ended up losing over $800. This is clearly fraud, as they transferred my data from a permanently closed account, despite it being closed for gambling addiction.


I reached out to customer support to explain the issue, but they are pretending they don’t know anything and claim they have no connection to West Casino.


What should I do?

This is really unfortunate, and I am sorry you had to experience it.

We will surely try to help you out, as these 2 casinos are definitely related, according to our information, so it surely should not happen.

Please file a complaint here and explain everything in detail to our complaint team. We will intervene and hopefully resolve this situation together in the best possible way.

Thats unfortunately as you cannot file for chargebacks or reverse bank transfer through their payment processor. At this point all you can do is hope the casino is willing to cooperate which is unlikely as in my case they refused to respond or try to resolve the case. That is why I am speaking with their payment agent to obtain a refund.

It's something that if you can't prove then write to Veronika how it is. If something can be done about it, we will try and if it is not possible, it will be explained to you why. Anyway, it is best if you communicate about such matters directly with her in the complaint.

I see your complaint was unresolved at the complaint section. Your complaint is similar as mine. Also that the casino used my old data from west casino which goes back 2020.


I have never registered with MrWest.

Casino replied and stated that I registered at the casino on Oct 2024 but that's not true, as the casino was opened on December 2024

They did the same to my complaint but the rogue casino provided some evidence which I cannot contradict as I would have not known I need to make screenshots of this.


In fact after logging in I could not proof anything as the casino can create whatever evidence they want...

The casino was opened in December 2024. and the casino stated that we registered in October 2024. How is that possible. file

I am aware of that but this is something you should discuss with the Casino Guru complaints team.


Currently I am trying to resolve matters through my bank as this rogue casino wont assist me further.
