Okay, so you can actually make withdrawals, but all has been delayed. I guess this is a far better situation, since it can be solved. However, there is a contradiction between the information you posted on the forum and in the complaint, because the complaint says, "The player from Slovenia has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks."
So, since it is your turn in the complaint, please make sure the information is clear enough to make it all smoother for you.
