I requested withdrawals totaling 1500 AZN. I received only 400 AZN. The remaining 1100 AZN has not been paid for more than 3 days. 


Two transactions are marked as "paid": 

- 200 AZN 

- 900 AZN 


However, I did not receive these amounts. 


Payments are made via C2C transfers, which should be instant, but the funds are missing. 


Support claims the payments were completed but refuses to provide any proof (no receipt, no sender card details). The payment times they provided do not match the actual time I received funds. 


I have already provided all screenshots and bank statements proving that the money did not arrive. They are now ignoring my messages. 


I have been using this platform for over 6 years. 


I request Mostbet to: 

- provide proof of payment, or 

- complete the missing payment of 1100 AZN, or 

- return the funds to my account balance.

I also contacted the payment provider, but they cannot locate any transaction without a valid transaction ID (ARN / TXID).


Mostbet only provided an internal transaction number, which is not a valid proof of payment and cannot be tracked by the bank.


They also refused to provide any official confirmation or transaction reference, claiming that the information is confidential.


At this point, neither my bank nor the payment provider can see any transaction, which strongly suggests that the payment has not actually been sent.


I kindly ask you to escalate this issue with Mostbet and request proper proof of payment or completion of the withdrawal.

Today is the 6th full day, and Mostbet has done nothing to resolve my issue. They are ignoring me.


First, they said the money was transferred, but when I showed them proof, they went silent. The next day, they said there were technical issues. Then they said the money would be returned to my account. After that, they kept asking for a bank statement, which I have already sent them 20 times in one day.


As of today, they are not responding to me at all. VIP support has blocked me, even though I have been using this platform for 6 years.


I demand the return of my 1100 AZN.
