Yesterday, i wanted to withdraw 40,000 HUF ( ~ 100 EUR ). The KYC was already there, I have had 2 withdraw and a lot of deposits.

The withdraw was rejected several times, but no notification was sent about it. The Hungarian customer service was very slow and convoluted, english was not allowed me. Hungarian customer service is equivalent to google translator or even worse...I don't think it was a hard question why you are refusing my payment, I gave up after several hours and my mind was blown. I spoke badly, the customer service blacklisted me for that. They didn't send a chatscript either...No bonus in progress, I played both on desktop and mobile. I had payment, I had kyc...

I do not recommend it to anyone.

So have, actually, anyone explained to you what was the reason for declining those withdrawals before they blocked you from the chat? The live chat does not always know the reason for that, and it is always better to communicate with the customer support by email. They should be able to answer your questions, there is no need to talk badly to the live chat, in my opinion.
