Hi Radka,
I just wanted to provide you with an update as to the result of the complaint made by my wife against Mega Medusa.
After some back and forth (and a lot of excellent work by Casino Guru!), the casino refunded the entire confiscated $1000 back to my wife and she received her cashout a couple of days later. We were very happy with this outcome as we knew the actions by the casino from the onset were unjust and unfair. Credit to them for admitting this and refunding the money though.
We could not have done this without the help of CG and we were very impressed with how the whole situation was handled.
Hi, we’re also glad it ended well and that everything worked out in the end, and most importantly, fairly. In today’s world, that’s probably important, and when a casino is willing to admit its mistakes, it’s a great thing and good publicity.
I hope you both have only positive experiences from now on, and please take care. If you ever don’t understand something or don’t have enough information, feel free to come here; you might find the answers you’re looking for to avoid any trouble.
Have a nice rest of the day, and good luck.🍀😊

Dont waste your money with this casino . Every excuse under the sun is given as to why the winnings cant be withdrawn . Apart from that there is a 4 week turn around to actually pay out if they pay out
.other than than that this casino will inhale yoir deposit in a matter of mins . I just went through $500 dollars in the matter of 5 mins . Its a circus full of clowns
Alright, thanks for explaining your situation.
I’d probably focus mainly on what you said about how long it takes you to actually get your money out of the casino, assuming the withdrawal is completed at all.
If you currently have a withdrawal pending, what kind of explanations is the casino giving you? Have they told you why the money still can’t be withdrawn or why the process is taking so long?
You also mentioned something about four weeks. Do you mean that one of your previous withdrawals actually took around a month before you received the money, or what exactly did you mean by that?

No i was told by the casino it take 4 weeks . I ended playing back into the casino . At least to get 5 mins of entertainment..there was no way they were going to approve my withdrawal it would.mean they have to actully pay out. Ive closed my account. People should ne warned against playing there

Hi. First, could you please clarify whether your problem is with Asino Casino, which you keep mentioning, or with Mega Medusa Casino, whose thread you’re currently posting in? They are two different casinos, and I don’t want us to discuss the wrong one if you don’t actually have a problem with it.
As for the situation itself, if you played with the money and lost it, or simply decided to close your account afterward, there generally isn’t much our team can do about those losses. If you have an actual unresolved issue with a casino, though, you can always come to us and we can see whether it’s something our complaint team may be able to help with.
From what you’ve described, everything seems to have escalated quite quickly. In situations like this, it’s often better to be a bit more patient rather than expect everything to happen immediately
It’s good to remember for the future that just because a casino advertises something, it doesn’t always mean it will work exactly the way they have it written. There can be some other things which can affect process. That’s something worth keeping in mind with any casino, not just this one.

But did you actually play on this website? I mean, maybe with a bonus, free spins, or something similar?
You’re saying that everything seems fine, but at the same time you haven’t deposited any of your own money and don’t plan to. So I was just wondering whether you’ve actually played there at all or not.🙂
I played with a bonus the first time and lost. The second time, they gave me free spins and I won 200 euros; they asked for a deposit so I could withdraw the winnings, so I deposited 30 euros, but they cancelled the bonus because I had used two free bonuses... all this to medusa....

Sure, it wouldn’t exactly be very user-friendly if they only told you about it afterward.
When you play with bonuses, it’s always important to check the bonus terms carefully. Not everything is necessarily written directly next to the bonus offer itself, and some important conditions can be found in the general bonus terms and conditions. You don’t have to read every single line of the whole website’s terms, but the bonus-related rules are definitely worth checking.
For example, there can be a maximum cashout from a bonus, or a requirement to make a deposit between no-deposit bonuses. Many casinos don’t allow players to claim several no-deposit bonuses one after another without making a real-money deposit in between.
That said, I do think the casino should have communicated this more clearly. If they told you to make a deposit so you could withdraw, and then afterward told you that you still couldn’t withdraw because of another condition, I can understand why that would be frustrating.
If these conditions were clearly stated in the terms and applied as written, though, I don’t really see the rule itself as particularly unusual. Players normally agree to the terms when creating an account, so it’s always worth checking them in advance or asking live chat if something isn’t clear. And of course, you can always ask here as well if there’s something you’re unsure about.
