God morgon på er... Jag registrerade mig precis hos Medusa. Jag tog en av deras bonusar på ett nytt spel som erbjöd 20 gratissnurr. Efter detta samlade jag ihop 500 dollar. Jag vet att den maximala bonusen är 100 dollar. De ber mig att göra en minsta insättning på 30 dollar för verifieringsändamål... Min fråga är, är detta en pålitlig webbplats gällande uttag som gjorts på Medusa-webbplatsen eller är det en bedräglig webbplats?
Hi, it's hard to say, I've looked at the players' complaints and one of the four was resolved. 30 doesn't seem that much to me, but I don't know how the casino will behave and whether or not you'll actually get the money.
Normally you should get it if you do everything and you didn't break anything in the bonus.
Also the safety index which is at 5 doesn't speak so clearly, so I would be careful. That's not to say you can't get money from the casino, but I'm not sure.
Hi I was curious if I should go ahead and try to file a complant. I havent been trying very long at getting my first withdraw but this casino seems to be changing the procedures to delay or to just keep the initial deposit I sent them as requested. Now I can't get them to take my id and was lied to about the time frames to get my account verified. Should I give them more time or just start this process? Apparently they have a record of this unfortunately
Hi! Sounds like a very good question; let me think aloud for a sec... Surely there is a specific time frame during which the casino is expected to resolve the delay on its own; however, I understand that you doubt their motives, and also, since their Safety Index is below average, it makes sense to be careful.
In my opinion, you no longer need to worry; proceed with the complaint, as it will remain open and the casino will be notified about the case. If the money does not come within the timeline, the complaint will be ready to play its part.

I highly suggest staying well clear of this casino - Mega Medusa. My wife recently won $1500 using a bonus. Upon withdrawal they reduced her win to $990 due to bonus terms, fair enough she understood that. However the hoops she has jumped through to enable a successful withdrawal have been absolutely ridiculous. Firstly, she completed the details for a wire transfer (the only option she was given). Part of the wire transfer questions included her suburb of birth - WTF? Why would that be needed?! Then they requested 3 months worth of bank statements! Full bank statements showing all transactions. This seems highly irregular and a huge breach of privacy, but you have to concede if you want your winnings. She did this, then the withdrawal was declined because the account for deposit is in joint names. They stated withdrawal could only be to an account in her name. My wife explained that we only have joint accounts after 13 years of marriage, too bad, they didn’t care. My wife couldn’t simply open an account in her name because they require 3 months worth of statements. So then we suggested could she do a bitcoin withdrawal. No, they stated, because she didn’t make a bitcoin deposit. So my wife was stuck with no way to withdraw, so a bit of negotiation back and forth, they finally agreed to do a bitcoin withdrawal if she made a bitcoin deposit. So she went ahead and opened a bitcoin account, deposited funds into it, went through all the privacy screening calls with the bitcoin company and finally was able to transfer a bitcoin deposit back to mega medusa. It has been almost 2 weeks at this point waiting for the withdrawal. 2 days later her withdrawal request is declined again - because she mixed funds by making a bitcoin deposit!! We could not believe it, they were moving the goal posts faster than we could fulfil them. She has now gone back to them saying THEY were the ones who said she needed to make a bitcoin deposit and please just get on with approving the withdrawal. Apparently someone there actually saw some sense and have agreed that this is what happened and have referred it to their finance department for review. So, we are still waiting for this withdrawal and wondering what fancy dance they will come up with next to knock back her withdrawal again. Next step is complaining via casino guru and hoping you guys can sort it out! Hopefully it won’t come to that, but I plead with you all, if you value your sanity DO NOT use this casino. It’s rubbish. Not to mention the ridiculous amounts of private information they require to give you your legitimate winnings.
Hi, after reading this, to be honest, I would probably complain about it here. I know that joint accounts sometimes cause problems, but if your wife can prove that she is also the account holder, I don't see a problem with her getting the money. Also, if they don't like it, the casino should have come up with an alternative, and I see that they just caused problems. So if she deposited via Bitcoin and now you're waiting a relatively long time for the whole situation to be resolved, I probably wouldn't wait any longer. Of course, it will be important that if she files a complaint, she does it herself and not you on her behalf.

This platform has done everything possible to prevent my account from being verified! I have submitted every requested document and still here i am 2 weeks later still unverified. They requested proof of a card that I used to deposit over a year ago, which I explained I no longer had access to this card due to it being compromised. They still required I provide the card number and dates it was used. Again, this wasn't the most recent card used to make a deposit which I also provided. I have given them all required information and when I ask why my account isn't verified all i get is crickets. Im sure this has a lot to do with the fact that I am waiting to be verified to cash out my winnings. I mean really 500.00, I could imagine if it were more!
That makes no sense at all, but sounds like something they would do. I don’t get it, they give away so many free chips then baulk when they have to pay out.

Unfortunately, I can't give you any more information about the case because I do not have a way to find it without chatting with its owner. Well, without knowing the details, I can only say the usuals: each side has seven days to respond, and mediators usually don't respond sooner because there are more than a thousand complaints that are still open. I'm sorry it isn't faster.
