Hej, jag satte in 600 € och vann 14 000 €. Jag kontaktade dem via chatten för att stänga mitt konto, och de sa att jag skulle förlora mitt saldo om jag gjorde det. But what do you mean when you say they didn't inform you properly, when you also say they told you in a live chat? 

Did this happen recently? 

I would definitely lodge a complaint because it's not normal for them to take your money when you basically want to protect it.

Jag hade 14 000 euro och frågade om att stänga mitt konto, och de sa att om jag stängde kontot skulle jag förlora pengarna.


Så jag väntade i två dagar och förlorade pengar på casinot.


Sedan upptäckte jag att jag kunde stänga mitt konto och få tillbaka pengarna, men de sa till mig via chatten att jag inte kunde det, att om jag stängde det skulle jag förlora all min kredit.

Detta hände i december, jag rapporterade det till kasinot och de sa att de skulle ge mig ett svar inom 96 timmar, fram till igår hade de inte svarat.


Efter en vecka lämnade jag in ett klagomål till Spaniens DGJO, som väntar på registrering, så att de kunde sanktionera operatören för falsk information.


Hörru, jag bifogar skärmdumpen från chatten där agenten informerade mig om att jag skulle förlora saldot, och hans svar som jag fick via e-post igår. filefile

I also could not find any information about the DGJO here on the forum or from other sources aside from a one-year-old post saying, "Hey. This casino does have a license in Spain, indeed."

Based on the current review, there is no such license anymore. Thus my question.

Regardless of the circumstances, I believe that well-intentioned questions deserve an answer, but I will leave that decision to you.
