I have been waiting dive 5/7/25 for a withdrawal of only £500 because that’s all they allow you to withdraw it have over £2000 in my account, I have not received a penny , it’s processing is all I’m told and delays but to date I’ve not even been asked for verification documents, this casino is Magius and it’s disgusting and disappointing that they are allowed to commit this sort of scam on unsuspecting customers, they should be shut down .

Jag avråder starkt alla från att spela med Magius. De är uppenbarligen inte legitima och inte pålitliga.

Utbetalningar görs inte, och man får vänta i veckor. Jag försökte radera mitt konto, men även det är svårt med dem. Jag hade vunnit en hel del pengar, och de fortsatte att ge mig samma förklaring: allt var bra och mitt konto var okej.

Hey guys, ive won over 1900 with this casino, but I am already waiting for 10 days(7 working days). I doubt it wil still come, they keep on telling me to be patient and that everything will arrive in the nearest time. Some people in the chat have received there withdrawal so I hope they are actually trying to get the money to my bank account

Hey, did the casino tell you the reason why you have been waiting for a week? 

I tried to look at the complaints and although the casino doesn't have the best safety index it doesn't have one that is unresolved. 

This is a good sign and the previous days players had similar issues, but they were resolved. 

So I believe it will be the same for you and it is just a common delay and you will get the money eventually. 

Anyway, I have two questions, have you been verified in the casino? Have you played with any bonus or just real money?

Hi, thx for answering so quickly, I didn’t need verification for my account, and yes it was bonus money that I turned in to real money, my withdrawal was 11 days ago, when I read other resolved issues, I see this looks pretty normal.

No there was non, I even asked the live chat. But they told me nothing was wrong I just have to be patient, but I think waiting 13 days is patient enough. They just want me to gamble it again, thats there strategy. Well played but im not a gamble addict🤣

Hello, I think I get your well-focused point. And I agree that waiting more than 13 days is a deed worth a medal...

I also believe that by submitting the complaint, you, on the other hand, gave the casino a chance to think twice about their "qualities"... 😀. I just hope they will respond because a below-average safety index indicates some flaws.

I sent Bank statements 3 times, rejected. This it how it looks .it no name on crypto if they don't know. And my crypto account on Coinbase it legitm and strictly personal and sensitive Data.
