Hello, thank you, not the best experience either. In fact, if I got so many different answers, I wouldn't be thrilled either and would rather find another casino to play at. Hasn't time solved it? I guess it's not completely normal and I would like to know how it would go down and how long you would have to chase them. Anyway, that would probably just be unnecessary work for you.🙁

Simple...DO NOT PLAY HERE....There re a thousand reasons no to, trust me when I say they are rogue- They use fake merchants to process all deposits, they don't payout, they withhold winnings due to awful restrictions on playing. Go elsewhere!

Hello. I have two pending withdrawals from the 29th march that when I question the reason for the delay I just get told to be patient as they are dealing with it. The total is £1000 and I am now doubting I will ever receive my funds. Anyone else having the same problem?

Hello, to start with, I would probably say not the best casino to play at with such a safety index. 

Anyway, I was going to ask you about the reason for the delay but I see you got a basic answer. 

Is this your first withdrawal? Did you have to verify with the casino or not?

No I have made two previous withdrawals with no problem and when I check verification it says it is not required. When contacting customer support they claim it is a payment processing issue in their side and to be patient.

Just to update you. Around 11am today I had an email saying my first withdrawal has been sent to my bank. I will update when it arrives. Thank you
