Hej. Tyvärr har jag inget bra att säga om utbetalningen på detta casino. Jag har väntat på min utbetalning på €1500 sedan den 6 maj 2022.

Jag har använt livechatt ganska mycket, men jag har bara träffat någon live en gång. Den här kunde inte hjälpa mig. Jag fick höra att jag bara kunde fråga kontoansvarig via e-post. Kryptosystemet skulle ha ändrats, men jag kunde sätta in med krypto efter utbetalningsbegäran.

Jag är nyfiken på vad som kommer att hända, i livechatten verkar jag vara förbjuden, begäran om en agent har redan avvisats 4 gånger i rad och jag har kastats ut från chatten med anledningen att ingen är tillgänglig.

Tack så mycket, ja jag skulle vilja visa att jag alltid försökt hitta en lösning och hade mycket tålamod. Tyvärr laddade den inte upp 1 skärmdump där mitt konto med insättning kan ses, det står på gång sedan 02.08.22 och inget i noteringen, så ingen åtgärd krävs från mig. Sammantaget är det synd eftersom jag annars var ganska nöjd med casinot.

I am waiting a withdrawal of 200 euros to be paid from 29th of October. It has been pending since Friday.


I have another withdrawal of 400 I asked 2 days ago.


They didn't pay me any of the two yet but they dare send me promotions to deposit.


Today is 10th day I'm waiting.

it sounds truly stupid sending you a promotion in this situation, yet the explanation is quite simple.

Casinos do not filter players with "issues" pending withdrawals or complicated KYC when sending the promo. Most likely they just provide the list of contacts to the partner who sends promotions on the casino's behalf.

I'd say 4 days left, then the complaint 🙁.

yes, i will wait until Friday and i will submit a complaint. Seriously, taking 11 days to pay out 200 euros, it says a lot about how of a poor casino it is... Not to mention that i made another withdrawal of 400 two or three days ago, i guess i will wait like a month for them.

Hi mrmileena, It's hard to guess how long you'll have to wait, but if nothing happen until Friday and then again even with the second withdrawal, then don't hesitate and submit a complaint, as already said here. I keep my fingers crossed.

As mentioned prior we are still having some connection issues. Our tech team is working with the new payment methods to resolve this issue asap. We appreciate your patience and I will keep you posted on status. We are hoping this is resolved today.

I wrote them that if they have issues with bank transfer, they can send to my neteller account. I will wait until tonight and after work, unfortunately i will have to submit a complaint because it has been 2 weeks.
