Hej, det är en ganska obehaglig situation.

Min fråga är, fanns det en knapp för att avbryta bonusen, eller frågade du supporten först?

Om du kunde göra något sådant och du avbokade det själv och sedan frågade, då skulle jag förstå varför det hände.

Men om det inte var möjligt och systemet eller casinot gjorde det, då tycker jag inte att det är rätt.

So, here's what happened: I made a deposit and – as far as I remember – won something with the deposited money. Then I contacted support and asked if I was still playing with real money or not. They said no, if I canceled the bonus I would lose my entire game progress. Even though it was a non-sticky bonus.

Then I went to the display where the free spins and bonus were shown. I clicked on the bonus – and then the bonus was simply gone. No second menu opened asking, "Do you want to cancel the bonus? Yes or no?" Nothing like that appeared at all.

I just clicked on the bonus and poof, it disappeared. It would have been pointless to deliberately cancel the bonus after I'd already asked support whether it was cancelable or not – and they said no. I just wanted to see the percentages, i.e., how much I still had to wager.

Also, es war so: Ich habe eingezahlt und – soweit ich mich erinnere – mit dem eingezahlten Geld auch etwas getroffen. Daraufhin bin ich auf die Anzeige gegangen, wo auch die Freispiele und der Bonus dargestellt wurden. Ich habe auf den Bonus geklickt – und dann war der Bonus einfach weg. Es wurde kein zweites Menü geöffnet, in dem stand: „Möchten Sie den Bonus stornieren? Ja oder nein?" Das kam überhaupt nicht.

Ich habe nur auf den Bonus gedrückt und zack, war er verschwunden. Es wäre ja auch unsinnig gewesen, den Bonus absichtlich zu stornieren, nachdem ich den Support bereits gefragt hatte, ob der Bonus stornierbar ist oder nicht – und er meinte nein. Ich wollte mir eigentlich nur die Prozentangaben ansehen, also wie viel ich noch umsetzen muss

Så det fanns ingen avbrytningsknapp. Sedan verkar det lite förvirrande för mig att om du bara ville kontrollera dina framsteg och det avbröt hela din bonus, så skulle jag inte räkna med det. Så berättade du för casinot vad som hände och om det fanns något de kunde göra åt det eller inte? Tog de dina vinster eller hela ditt saldo?

So, I explained my situation to them. They claim I cancelled the bonus, even though I clearly told them I didn't. I just wanted to see the percentage. But they're still saying I cancelled it.

What I also find strange is that my initial deposit was visible as credit – but without the bonus. Theoretically, this means I was still playing with real money when I played through everything. This, in turn, means it was a sticky bonus, because otherwise my entire balance would have been gone.

And one more thing: If it had been a non-sticky bonus, as they claim, I would have been allowed to win everything except the bonus balance itself.

Das bedeutet theoretisch, dass ich noch im Echtgeld-Bereich war, als ich alles gespielt habe. Das wiederum heißt, es war ein Sticky Bonus, denn sonst wäre mein ganzes Guthaben weg gewesen.

Und noch etwas: Wenn es – wie sie behaupten – ein Non-Sticky-Bonus gewesen wäre, hätte ich alles gewinnen dürfen, außer das Bonusguthaben selbst.
