I've been playing with LuckyElf for a month or two and am extremely satisfied with this professionaly run casino.

The welcome bonus package is real good and the terms and the wagering requirements are reasonable. Some bonuses have a max cash out limit to them, but it appears most haven't. The site feels good to play at with everything looking fairly elegant, modern, and running pretty smoothly. Most slot providers are offered at the higher RTP settings.

It took 4 deposits before I finally hit a good run - which both recovered my previous losses and took me to profit in total. After playing through the bonus, I stuck around for a couple of days more, further exploring their offer. I made it to loyalty level 2 and received some 75 free spins in total rewards during this play time - these FS comes with only 10x WR. Max bet in real money play seems to be around 50 euros.

When I uploaded documents for verification, they looked at it within an hour. One document wasn't approved at first but I did what they requested of me and after that everything was ok. This verification process was real fast, and very professional.

Regarding the bonuses, it's nice that many of them don't have a maximum cashout. That's not really common in most casinos if I'm honest. 

I'm also pleased that the verification went quite smoothly even though one of the documents was not accepted at the beginning. It's perfect when a casino tries to solve everything and even advises you.

Hi, so from what you're describing, you still haven't received the money you have here, right? Is there still an issue with verifying the IBAN? Did you ask what exactly is wrong?

I assume the casino wants to see the deposit you made into the casino, right? So they're saying you used a different IBAN for the deposit and a different one for the withdrawal? Is that actually the case or not?
