Based on the initial bet? I'd say it is sadly a very usual result... Quite a coincidence I'd say, because I, for example, still can't decide whether I favour more riskier volatility and occasional considerable wins lost in consistent loss spins or solid volatility with consistent, non intriguing + not worth mentioning winnings. 😀
This is just my personal perspective, of course. I imagine such lower sums you showed us are sad for many players.

That's possible but you never know, sometimes it doesn't hurt to make a withdrawal even with a small amount, how long would it take for example.
As for volatility and what we talked about, I wonder if when you win and therefore decide to gamble with the win to double it, do you do it more often in a row, say 3-4 times to double the win? Or just once so you don't risk so much?🙂

I understand what you are saying, and that is one of the reasons why I don't play in casinos. To me, it's money wasted, and anyone who wins and is in the red should take the money and never show up in a casino again.
But I know it's hard and tough, and if you win once, you'll think you'll win a second time.

Well Shoot, Wish I would have read these forms before depositing a fairly good chunk of cash into this casino. Most complaints on here are That: "Customer service stopped answering me in chat", "Long periods of waiting for withdrawals if they even get them at all" Well I can say that these are legit complaints because I'm experiencing these at the moment.
It's only been a week since I requested my withdrawal but it's very shady with how they are treating me. They always say technical difficulties on withdrawals at this time and tell me they will email me when its fixed. So that's false because I finally chatted with Olive and she turned the withdrawal system on for a brief period so that I could withdrawal a partial amount.
Then she asked me for my btc address and did a reversal with a 200% no rules bonus except a 50 times bonus and deposit wagering rule. So completing the bonus I have a pretty nice balance in there. Thats where I'm at today. Tried requesting just a partial amount earlier and the chat went dead. No responses except the "How can I help you today" at the beginning of the chat. We will see what happens and I will keep posting with updates.

Till att börja med, lämna in ett officiellt klagomål här på casino guru och liknande webbplatser (askgamblers, chippy och lcb.org). Och försök att kontakta licensutfärdaren på Curaçao om det rör sig om en större summa pengar. Vissa spelare som hade samma problem lyckades få tillbaka sina pengar med hjälp av den här webbplatsen (även om det har gått nästan ett år).

I will keep you updated for sure. I'm not going to go down without a fight that's for certain. After all it is a little over 11 grand. that's a lot of money to me but nothing to them.
