I have verified my account 2 or 3 weeks ago. I made 2 withdrawals already. The manager promised me my next winning will be 10x the deposit instead of 5x. Had him on phone on Tuesday that the promise is maintained and until today, my withdrawal is still at "new" status. Tomorrow it will be exactly 7 days I'm waiting. I wrote 3 mails, I didn't get any answer.


I think it's not normal to wait a week to be paid 250 euros after verification and 2 withdrawals before.

I'll see if I get it tomorrow.

Yes, since Tuesday I don't receive any answer from support nor manager.


I have just sent them another mail saying that if I'm not paid today I'll submit a complaint here so people are warned about suspicious casinos.


They are having trouble paying 250 EUR when in fact its just my money back. Ridiculous.

I haven't received any money yet, so tomorrow will be 8 days since I'm waiting. The chat support told me that their manager had a training whole week so he was absent. I don't see what it does have to do with the finance team.


If I don't have my money tomorrow before midday, I'll submit a complaint here in the afternoon.

I agree that it sounds kind of funny.

A decent casino would try to find a way how to solve a "missing manager" situation, I'd say. But this casino is fresh and maybe they are truly short on specialized co-workers as well as a solid experience so one missing manager can be a real problem. 🙂

We shall see, but I hope they will improve their services in the future.

I will check back tomorrow shortly after noon.

Yes, I had no choice since the manager apparently is busy for 9 days 24/7 and the finance team need more than 9 days to send 250 euros on my neteller account. In plus, they are not responding to emails.


I tried to be nice, I prevented them to reply so at least i know why such a long wait before submitting complaint here but they didn't mind answering.


But, they add bonus balance on account and send mails to offer bonus on deposit by the way. It's like they are trying all these days to find something to use against me to not pay winnings.
