I am a VIP member in Lucky Circus. It used to be okay for the past few months. Very good game selections, good customer service but 2 days ago, I won 5,000€ and suddenly , VIP manager cannot be contacted. Chat in the website is unresponsive, email are not replying. I don’t know where to make a follow up.

Going from regular contact with your VIP manager to no response after a €5,000 win would worry me too.

I have submitted 2 days ago and usually VIP takes only 3 hours for the withdrawal process according to my VIP manager. Status is in pending But now it’s been 2 days that I cannot contact VIP manager and chat widget is unresponsive. Email doesn’t reply as well please help me.My account is verified.
