I joined just over a month ago and made a few deposits but no luck. Then one night I got very lucky on Gates of Olympus during the bonus winning £1034 from 20p spins. Have obviously spoke to chat throughout and was always told to be patient as can take 21 days. Well I'm now being told this 'We have no exact time since it depends on the volume of requests currently being processed'. This is very clearly rubbish as 3 weeks is more than long enough to do something that should only take a few minutes!

It's a shame .. I hope your money will come soon! I know what it means to win money, even if in my case it is a penny:)). But I usually do it for fun and don't expect big wins)

I hope you get your money but love casino is part of a group of casinos including Mr slotty winner casino ocean breeze Rouge casino Chilli casino and there are plenty more with a bad reputation when it comes to paying out. They will fob you off with excuse after excuse. You maybe one of the lucky ones who gets paid for your sake I hope so

Hm this player's complaint was closed because the casino did not reply and I wonder if he will let us know if it turned out well or not. I'd sure be glad if it did.

My latest update is that on the 4th October I contacted chat again to ask when I would be paid. They replied that they had had a lot of problems and as my withdrawal was over 3 months old they would need to cancel it and they would put the money back into my account for me to withdraw again, this actually sounded promising to me. Would I finally get my winnings?

Well long story short it put everything back to square one, the withdrawal is still 'awaiting' and when I contact chat I just get the same excuses as before.

There must be something we can do as they're clearly a very very fraudulent site stealing people's money. I'm also disgusted with the games providers who allow their products on the site as they're just as much to blame.

I'm sorry to step in, but if you play in a completely unlicensed casino, especially one with a very low safety index, there is actually no one you can turn to. Also, the possibility that such a poor casino will ignore your complaint is pretty high.
