Hi inmade a withdrawal from lottoland uk I recived an email saying your funds are on their way . Does this me its been processed and the money has been sent . Or does it just mean they are processing it and will send it once checks are done. I'm just wondering as I have seen many reviews saying they have had their payment in 24 hours but on the website it says up to 15 working days for a withdrawal.

Based on the expression "your funds are on their way" I would guess the withdrawal has been processed. However, I believe only the casino employee can confirm this specifically.

Just one question, though: What is the current status of the withdrawal?

It would not hurt to ask the support or chat operator once you are logged in. 🤔

I won 43k on lottoland, I’ve sent every document possible. They still haven’t paid me out.

I prefer to present positive insights, so, let's start with the fact that this casino is rated highly and is properly licensed under the UKGC. I imagine you're a bit nervous, but for now, we need to be patient.

I’m trying to be positive! It’s just very suspicious though for me to win on the 26/08/23 then to be blocked on the 8/09/23. I provided all the documents and more. Everyday a different employee as for something different which I had.

Morning, So on Thursday I just thought I would try and log in to my account to my surprise it’s been reopened 🤨. I’m suspended but can log in i noticed a charge back of my winning's back to the account! It’s then asking for Identification documents which I’ve sent millions of times. After a week of trying I spoke to someone and they said proof of ID, I told her please check my account you will see thousands of emails and complaints and all my documents! She did no1 had even bothered to read or reply to me after a month. Anyway I sent my documents through live chat, she needed proof of address which I sent my phone bill as screenshots but needed to be downloaded which I did for her. She said that’s everything needed. I will receive email and she’s passed everything on to the relevant team 🤨 heard that hundreds of times!! Before I even sent my documents to her it said on my account verification in progress⚠️

I’m still confused but will see what happens this week.

It all sounds very wrong, and I hope it will end soon with a happy ending! The casino possesses a very high safety index, so I would expect better procedures and player "handling" 🤔
