I so often have the feeling when I play with bonuses that things are going well at the beginning and then suddenly the balance goes down steeply. of course the casino always says that you were just unlucky... is it public that casinos can change the rtp? Because I had another bad experience at this casino....

Hello, casinos have the option with some providers to have different RTPs on the slots. It's not like they can change it whenever and however they want and I would highly doubt that they would do so unless it was some kind of scam casino.

Anyway, if I'm going to play in a casino I'll probably choose a better one than this one, and on the other hand if you feel like you're not doing well lately, I'd rather take a break. 

Also, when you talk about bonuses, do you think they are worth it? What kind of wagering did the one you played with have?

I played the first deposit bonus. I deposited 110 CAD and got a bonus of 165 CAD so I had a total balance of 275. It kept going down and up until I had a good hit and was at 450 CAD. Shortly before the end of the wagering I played a slot from popiplay with over 400 spins - no free spins, and from amigo with over 250 spins without free spins, also no base game hits for either game. It simply can't be a coincidence for me....

We don't have such a parameter as RTP mentioned in casinos but I would say that every casino that has RTP will display it on the slots or they can tell you in live chat. If they are avoiding the answer or can't get it, there might be a reason for that, it might be lower than in other casinos. 

Anyway, it's sad that you couldn't get a FS, but that's the way it is. I myself had a streak like you describe and I also saw that in the first 10 spins I got 3 times FS. This thing is about luck for me and so maybe I would change the provider or as I said, take a break. 🙂

I got a welcome bonus and played and finished the wager.Won 24000 dollars to get told they they voided my winnings because I exceeded the max bet on a bonus.Max bet is 8 nzd.ive played at plenty casinos and never heard of this or had any problems. So it is a loophole to get out of paying your winnings.

So this is a very dishonest casino.no problem if you don't win big problems if you do.

That's sad, of course. When you say you have played in plenty of casinos, I guess you always consult the bonus terms, so you were aware of the max bet rule in this specific case. Did you check, please?

I can assure you the max bet rule is a pretty common thing for bonuses so saying you have never heard about it won't help much in the future. Makes sense to get used to it. 🙏

How many times did you overbet, please?

However, it would be much better to cancel the overbets and allow you to continue wagering.

Yet, as you said, this casino is not completely fair, it seems.
