I have the same problem. My withdrawal request is pending since February 14th. I have made the deposits I needed to do because I played with a bonus. But they asked for another deposit and then a deposit to pay taxes because I earned more than 100.000 usd.
Their Customer Service uses "the pressure technique" to may you pay without asking questions.
They have removed the Chat option from my account and their email address doesn’t exist, so I have no way to contact them.
I managed to contact them lately by coincidence when NOT LOGGED IN yet.
They accused me of breaching soooo many many rules but they are "willing" to lift the restrictions on my account if I pay 400$.
When I wanted to ask what the amount is for and to show proof of what I did wrong, this is the kind of reply I got: Shut up or we will block your account.
May I please ask you to share the link of the casino you are complaining about? Just to be sure that we are talking about the same as it seems there is another copycat platform which pretends to be the genuine Kometa Casino.

Can you please share the URL address of the casino? I think we both have the same issue with this casino which seems not to be the genuine Kometa Casino.
The website was indeed removed as I, myself, can no longer find it and I still have/had ab account with a significant amount of money.
Any info you can share can be helpful, probably not to get our funds back but at to least to warn other players not to fall in their trap.
There are other players apparently facing similar problems with this casino but unfortunately they are not coming forward to share their experience.

Yes, indeed…Trouble with a capital T. I have already filed a complaint here and after many emails exchanges with one of your colleagues.
The case could not be solved as the Kometa platform I was playing on is, according to your experts, not the genuine Kometa Casino and my complaint was closed for "unreasonable excuse". The advice I was given is to give up 😔
The website I was playing on doesn’t exist anymore because the casino managed to change their URL. I first thought that they have deleted my account or maybe they just decided to stop or hopefully in jail where they belong. I was able to find the platform back with another URL and the funny thing is that I could log in and my account still exists with all my gains and the withdrawal I requested on February 14th is still pending.
I have prepared ALL possible verification documents to provide them to their Support team as they are asking BUT there is no way to contact them as they have removed the chat option from my account and their email address is not valid.
Another thing : They call themselves Kometa Casino with the same Logo and the EXACT same lay out and design but when you check their T@C, they refer to themselves as GAMA CASINO. Go figure !?!?!?!?

So, it was indeed not the official Kometa Casino. It was a pretend scam site. The point is that they actually clone the official website to lure people. Thus, it was all the same, but a completely different people and purpose, of course.
There is actually no way to help victims of those frauds. Thats the sad true. 🙁

While I can understand your point of view I find it very difficult to accept that many scam sites that copy the genuine sites are operating for years without being banished/blocked or even better tracked and brought to justice.
What is more disturbing is that the concerned genuine casino doesn’t intervene to fight the scammers who are damaging its image and reputation. Very strange !!!!
Another thing that I, till this moment, fail to understand is the fact that the so called genuine Kometa Casino is nowhere to be found and there is not one single post and no reviews online. Why is that?

Well, if I may be honest with you, ask AI how today's world works when it comes to scamming. What you say makes perfect sense, but there is no special unit that will somehow locate each scam source and delete it. That's why every website focused on reviewing and comparing data is important.
The Kometa Casino exists; you are in its thread and up in the thread's name is a link to its review, including all details like associated user reviews. 🙂

And what about Cyber Crime Organisations? Isn’t their role to eliminate scammers?
Are you really telling me that there is no way to track scammers and deal with them?
I already tried many times to click on the link above and I was never able to see any posts or comments - even outside your platform, Google doesn’t show any reviews for this particular Casino.

Just please respect, that this thread is about Kometa Casino, not about those scams. 🙏 I suggest you create your own thread about this subject because keeping those scammers in light may help other users avoid those traps.
When it comes to reviews, those are only available based on your local restrictions. Sadly, players from countries with local regulations cannot access such content; we must respect gambling regulators' regulations.
