Efter det säger de till mig: "Vi ber om ursäkt för besväret", men om vi ska vara ärliga borde mitt konto ha verifierats av dem, och om de avvisade det utan att titta, vad betyder det? De vill bara att du ska bli trött och sluta med att spendera pengar. Det är en psykologisk strategi som de inte tar hänsyn till här. I'm having the same problem , in fact they are asking me now to prove of deposit when in first place is already registered on my bank statement as prove of address. A fun fact they DO NOT SEND the Gigadat prove of deposit via email as others casino do.

I have requested those records to Gidadat directly hoping that they will send me a copy of a prove of deposit made via interac. otherwise i will be force to open a complaint here after 15 days because the records of my transaction will be published next year bank statement. they do not accept screenshot of the transaction

And now they are coming to me with this.

I request to my bank a official letter with the prove of deposit. it will take from 1 to 7 business days.

so Patience now.


And i requested 200$ of 400$ that i have in my account. I requested one week cool off to avoid playing back the money to protect myself from addictive gambling. so menawhile im taking a break and keep myself busy in something else.

I received the letter from the bank and submitted it. The document was approved instantly.


I requested the withdrawal right away and informed them. About 20 minutes later, I noticed that the document had been rejected, and now they’re asking for a bank statement, completely disregarding the legitimacy of my bank letter.


Anyway, it’s my bank’s mistake—they forgot to include the account number. In my opinion, that’s ridiculous, because I never provided my bank account number when making a deposit; I only used Interac e-transfer. As we say in French, à suivre… to be continued.

I know you did not like it back then, but we always try to explain to players that it's much better to submit any document in the form the casino requests it in, especially in Curaçao-licensed casinos, because in most cases that is the easiest way to get the money.

I know how that sounds, and I read your complaint, yet the thing is to get the money out from the site as soon as possible, right? So, I was wondering whether a Kahnawake-licensed casino would act differently. I guess they would, but this is still Curacao—different AML "standards." 🙁

I'm sorry for stepping in; I only aimed to help players in the same situation.

i v' provided the corrected letter from my bank, was a pain because they were plying like a robot without reviewing the document mannually.

after i sent the same new document wiht a different name then finally was all corrected and im starting to receiving my funds. yesterday i received 200$ today i requested the remain funds.
