Khelostar has blocked my account after I withdraw my amount and now not getting connected to me and disconnecting my calls

I recently register account with khelostar.com and deposited 30k and won 70k after playing monopoly big baller. Then I tried to withdraw 70k out of it they blocked my account and their customer support blocked register phone number too. When I tried contact them I. Telegram channel they said I have pay 10% of my wallet to open my account and to get my money back. As I agreed to pay, they provided me with qr for payment. I paid 14743/- but again they asked me to pay another 10% more. Then I denied they clear all the chats and closed my conversation.

It seems more like a scam to me, especially when you have paid and nothing has happened and they ask for another amount again.
