Hi, the casino still hasn't answered you, where did your withdrawals go ? At first I would have thought that if they were approved, they left the player's account and you should get them soon, but that could just be my guess.

So, when the casino gets to you, would it be possible to update me if you need help or is everything sorted ? 

I'm hoping for the second possibility and that everything will be fine. 

I will wait.

hello, yesterday they transferred the money to the account balance (they said something happened with my money withdrawal), I played a bit, I won so much and made another withdrawal, but I didn't receive it, I think they will disappear somewhere again .. it's strange that the withdrawal of up to 100 comes quickly.. .

All the money disappeared from your account, even the ones you won ? How long have you been waiting for it, please? We give casinos 14 days to sort out withdrawals and send them to players, so if nothing changes, then I would recommend the next step, which is a complaint. 

However, if the casino has taken your winnings fraudulently and you don't know what to do, then I would take that step now.

Joy casino is a curacao company. I have been an idiot and continued to deposit here even though I've never actually withdrew any money. I've been reading up on chargebacks but not sure how to go about it. Do I go directly to the Joy Casino customer support team and demand refunds and threatening to involve mastercard? Or do I just go right to mastercard? They are a company who use 3rd party merchants to bypass the law against mastercard and visas not being used for online gambling. They also don't have a safe gambling option nor can i remove my payment information or personal information. I'm not looking to get back everything I've lost over the last few years there but the 10k I have lost in the last month would be a start. I live in Canada and would love to hear your guys thoughts. Thanks

Idag handlar det om Casino Joy. Jag satte in 100 € där och försökte ta ut 500 €. Tyvärr tillåter de för närvarande bara uttag på 500 €. Jag begärde uttaget den 19 juni. Jag har verifierat mitt konto helt, men de har sagt till mig i chatten i en vecka att finansavdelningen kontrollerar det och att jag kommer att få ett mejl, vilket aldrig händer. Jag får aldrig något mejl från casinot heller. Kan ni hjälpa mig?

Hello, I would be thinking about submitting a complaint, as it is getting close to the 14 days we give casinos to pay out a player. If they just told you that it's in the finance department that would not be enough for me and now it may be true but 2 weeks to check is enough.
