Unfortunately, more and more online casinos are no longer offering live chat and are switching to AI, which is incapable of responding to these kinds of requests without human supervision.

Hello, thanks for sharing. I guess it depends whether the term "live" refers to humanoid or rather the availability.

However, I feel you. Just recently I had my portion with the chatbot on the phone line and it was hell.... Took me 5 attempts to pass the standardized question in order to reach the human operator.

I strongly empathize with all players who get angry at those bots, because while they are great tools, they are very poor substitutes for constructive solutions. Attempting to resolve a technical casino issue or withdrawal like this must be quite challenging.

there Will also be an opportunity to speak to a well known journalist who I have a video call with tomorrow. To get the stories of malpractice out there in the more traditional sense but Including online as well.

Hi there.


Would anyone be willing to appear on 2 well known podcasts with me this Thursday. To discuss their experience of jeetcitys failure to protect vulnerable customers/ respond to correspondence etc… I will be appearing anyway but might be nice to have another experience too. If you go to their complaints my story can be seen, and I can take a call to discuss everything before hand too.


there will also be the option to speak to the media. I have a call tomorrow but the story won’t be going live until after this anyway so there will be time to add to my experience. And talk to the journalist

Jeetcity drove me to suicide. Held for 19 hours in psych pod in ER. They don’t care about vulnerable customers, I begged for my account to be closed and it was ignored until I lost everything I had.


they ignore complaint emails, legal letter and they they close live chats as soon as they see your name;

blood on their hands

I understand there are intense emotions, the situation is very negative and I get what you are saying. Even though I would love to help you somehow, the issue appears to be far beyond the public forum scope, so I suggest reaching out to local supportive centers instead.

It’s just a warning to others. Jeetcity have killed someone who begged to have their account closed due to addiction.

I understand this is about emotions, but honestly, I would recommend discussing this with a professional therapist in the first place. The casino has failed to close your account; that's a fair warning.
