I hit a jackpot not long after joining the casino. Ever since I tried to withdrawl my funds I have ran into different issues. Now my acct is disabled. Ia cannot get customer service on chat and the emails are brief and give me no reasons as to why this is or when I can access my winnings. This has been going on since 2/24/2023

I noticed you already submitted a complaint regarding this. I wouldn't blame you for this since you've been waiting for 2 weeks already. Unfortunately the casino isn't very good when it comes to dealing with player complaints so I hope it will be resolved and you'll received your winnings.

Ignition casino is a scam, i won a 125,000 jackpot and they disabled my account when i tried to cash out . I just read all their reviews on Trust Pilot, Theyve ripped off alot of people!!!

Would you kindly share the whole story closer with further details? I mean maybe there is a chance to help you out. But for the moment I feel I could use the longer version.

  1. I was playing their reels game. A few bets in i hit the 125,000 mark i was so shocked i even took a picture of it i will attach it to this if their is a way to. on the wheel it said 125,000 but it only gave me 25 dollars on my balance. I was only betting .25 cents but their was no chart or guide just the numbers on the wheel that landed on 125,000. After writing to support they wrote back and said they found the spin and then described what was on the spin i said no that was not the spin. So i then attached my picture and showed them the spin. They wrote back saying my account is being disabled i will attach all the emails they sent me and i them. I do understand that with different bet amounts you win smaller or bigger amounts accordingly but usually their is a change in the amounts on wheel or spins depending on what you are betting. This game didn't have that and i was

I'm looking at the picture you added, but can't find the number 125,000 anywhere. There is just a Jackpot, but the values in the paytable are not fully readable, I'd say.

Forgive me I was wrong about the amount it was $127,953, I think I was probably just rounding it off in my mind. 125,000 is alot easier to say than $127,953! Hi you're welcome and I'm glad you finally managed to upload the screenshots and I assume you also sent Petronella the evidence to the email she sent you in your complaint. We will see where your case goes and how it develops.

I deposited last Friday sept 22, for a third time only $300 in total, but had no issues depositing Bitcoin. First few deposits I lost and it was fine better luck next time right?

and yes deposited $70 then $93 finally started winning at blackjack off an on then on slots, ran my balance up to $1500 files for a withdrawal of $1250. Continued to play and took the remaining $250 up to around $1180 and decided to call it a night. Get up Saturday morning try to log in and there it was your account has been disabled please contact customer support on details.

I then immediately start emailing. Disputes department, the account department and support. 48 hours later I get an automated response from all 3 saying about the same thing and offering me bonuses the next time I deposit if I use Bitcoin. Wtf I been depositing with Bitcoin not using any bonuses for the reason in case I win I could withdrawal without worry from playthrough or any other bogus requirements. Any way it’s been almost week so much for the 24-48 hour crypto Bitcoin withdrawal time. That’s just to get you in. They responded again today the 26th saying they cannot message the reasoning why account is disabled so they asked for my phone number and a decent time to call me to discuss issue. I don’t understand what issue they have. Maybe that I won and tried to withdraw.

so waiting going on the first 24 hours of the phone call response almost a week since I’ve won and requested a withdraw and account was disabled. I havnt filed a complaint yet but just thought I’d share for other people if you play at ignition casino and win more than you spend it seems like in reading other reviews as well that they disable your account. Scam. A big cheating scam is what I think so far. Even if they end up paying me, they lied about the quick withdrawal via Bitcoin why I deposited and played there in the first place. Very disgruntled I needed that money was counting on it days ago. Now I’m stressed out I’m not gonna get anything cause they can make up any ol excuse as to not pay. Anyway I’ll keep it updated. Last week I requested a $25,000 withdrawal from Ignition Casino. I have made numerous withdrawals using Bitcoin. For some reason this withdrawal was changed from original Bitcoin to Bitcoin over to Litecoin to Bitcoin. This caused the entire $25,000 to be deposited into unrecoverable Litecoin wallets. When viewing the blockchain, you can see the money is in the wallets, but without a security key the funds are not accessible. Ignition has provided no help or assistance to help recover the funds. They continue to say I selected Litecoin, I did not. The biggest concern here is, they do not have a security feature in place that can prevent this from happening. Many people have told me this could have been prevented with a simple security check, being added to the process flow of withdrawals. When you deposit funds on their site, this security feature is in place, and prevents different cryptos from being deposited in the wrong crypto addresses. I really like this casino and they have been great up to this point. I will continue to play on their gaming site. My entire intention is to bring awareness that this can happen and has happened to many others playing on their gaming site.

Shouldn't be allowed to happen the casino should or your Bitcoin should give you a code or something to put in to prevent you from making that or the casinos mistake. I hope you find a way of retrieving it, can't you open a kite coin account and access it that way?

Hello there. I'm sorry you have found yourself in this situation. Gladly you have submitted your complaint with our team, they will surely try to help you out with it, with everything what is in their competence to do. Of course it's always up to the casino how, or if they will cooperate as well. Unfortunately here we can see that the better service from the casinos side is really needed. We do understand that you got the money in a different way than you have chosen, but besides the casino, probably no one else can take preventive measures to prevent this from happening again. However, it's a very valuable experience and we'll hope that other players with the same development don't come forward.🤞
