Hi I requested a withdrawal from my account on the 11th of February and this morning I was told that it has been approved and will be in my account today however it hasn't gone into my bank account and instead it was put back into my cash balance in the app why has this happened when I was told it was approved and will be released into my bank account today

Hi, I think that's a perfect question and an apt one. Did you ask the casino why this happened? They should be able to explain if they told you that the withdrawal was approved but the money didn't go to the bank account but to the player's account. Please try and let me know what they told you.

Hello, thank you for sharing your experience. I can see why losing the status you’d worked your way up to felt disappointing. And waiting for a withdrawal, then losing the money while continuing to play, must have made the whole experience even more frustrating.
