dont know. They say they have every document they need and i just have to wait, but they say the department is activly working on it. They been saying that for 5 days now. I won the max win and have a lot of money in the account, probably thats why they dont want to accept it.

Maybe that's why, or maybe they're still reviewing the documents. It shouldn't take the casino long, but on the other hand, weekends usually don't count toward that timeframe.
