Jag vill klaga på Glorion Casino! Jag har väntat i över tre dagar på ett uttag på 500 €. Jag satte in 200 € och tog ut exakt 500 €, och jag har väntat i över tre dagar. Det här är inte flera tusen euro, och jag tänker inte avbryta uttaget eftersom jag har tillräckligt med disciplin. Jag kontaktar er eftersom jag behöver hjälp. Jag får inte ett tillfredsställande svar i Gloria-chatten eller via e-post, och jag kan inte få en mer exakt tidsram för uttaget.

Just a quick update: I noticed your complaint was marked as resolved today. Does that mean the casino paid you, even though they hadn’t given you a clear timeframe and you weren’t satisfied with their responses? I just want to check whether you’ve received the money. That’s all.

That’s exactly why we give the casino time to resolve things without stepping in. In our experience, intervening at that stage can sometimes cause further delays, as the casino then also needs to explain the situation to us. :-)

Jag fick pengarna. Jag tog ut pengarna klockan 03:00 på måndagen (03:30) och pengarna kom idag klockan 03:30. Men det här är inte ett bra casino; det tar alldeles för lång tid för en så liten summa pengar. Jag vann 300 euro, satte in 200 euro och tog ut 500 euro. Så jag vet inte om det här är normalt. Andra casinon får pengarna inom en halvtimme.

Hello, I’m really glad you’ve received the money, and I understand that your experience with other casinos has been different. There are certainly casinos with quicker withdrawals, though I think it’s fair to say that the payment method and how the casino processes payments can make a difference too. 😅
