I joined this casino it's ok pays ok. But for verification you are required when I did it not to take a six second video but to take a selfie with your ID you used for verification as well as a written message with your username date name of casino and your full name!! It took a while to coordinate all that with two hands but I managed it.

Sometimes when I imagine how the players manage to hold the phone and other things, plus focus the camera to make everything visible, it's funny to me. 

However, if the casino is ok and this was the only "obstacle" so far, I think it can be fine. 

Also, the casino has a safety index somewhere in the middle, so I would be more careful. 

Anyway, I hope you will have a good time and let me know how you did.

To exclude the obvious, are you 100% sure the format is correct?

I certainly do not aim to be mean, it's just that I had a similar issue with PayPal, so I can tell from my own experience, Iban can be tricky.

Could you perhaps share the casino's official response? I would expect support to help you out with that.

Usually, when one side says this fits and the other disagrees, finding the issue sounds like a logical step to me.

Have you had such a conversation with the casino? Let me know, please.

Maybe there is an easy way out of it. 🤷‍♀️
