Hello Guys, i make this account becase i google it about this Casino on i find just here info, so kindly i will say, PLEASE DO NOT PLAY THIS CASINO... why?

I register i play on 14 februar, no problem deposit deposit deposit, so it`s time for WITHDRAW...and the DRAMA start :) 

15 Februar i make withdraw and 22 februar PENDING ...i write to them no answer wait wait, and email about KYC :) 

I send my mastercard + passport + selfie + address, no answer 5 days...they address new prove ok :) i send 3 new pictures...

they accept, now they need + German passport od drive licencen BUT i am Bulgarian EUROPEAN :) i don`t need German permission.

I send them my salarywork my taxes documents, everything that i am living in Germany, and there was not in condition after 20+ days they ask now for them, i answer that it`s impossible i have not because i am not GERMAN :) 

and guys ...7+ days i am waiting for answer, you go to LIVE CHAT, they work with some script answer question you need just to wait...

its not a big money i don`t give a fuck 260 euros but guys 20+ days verification??? and still nothing and they want miracle from me ....

Can you tell for how many days is (in total) your KYC running at the moment?

I just check and find out that this casino was established on 12/2021. I think the staff may need more time to settle a bit. They may be just lacking some experience.

Anyway, keep us posted.

I DEPOSITED ON THE 15/09/2023 and I won $300 , I withdrew my winnings and when on chat to ask how do I verify my identity for KYC AND they said I DONT Have TO DO ANYTHING AT ALL the money will go straight in to my account in 24hours EXACT , it's been 2.days and NOT 1 EMAIL back from support team and the live chat agents have been on purposely logging me out half way through our chat , I WISH I NEVER DEPOSITED IN DOLLY CASINO, an I wish I didn't deposit OVER AND OVER again because I have had casinos pay me instantly as they say on there casino sites , but dolly says they are a pay ID payment instant withdrawal....NO PEOPLE THERE NOT , PAY ID THEY TAKE Your Money INSTANTLY PAY ID but they don't pay you what you win, and they are not Australian site there FROM CYPRUS... AND STILL HAVEN'T Received MY FUNDS

Hi, I'm sorry you found yourself in this situation. I find it quite strange if the casino didn't require anything from you, but it's up to them if they don't need any documents when you try to withdraw. Anyway, we give casinos 14 days to process the request, so I would recommend being patient. Although I understand that if the casino doesn't give you an answer to your questions, it's certainly not pleasant. 

If something changes and the casino gives you an update or you get your money back, don't hesitate to let us know. For now, we'll have to wait.

Hej, jag har två förfrågningar på gång på Dollycasino, verifieringsstatusen finns inte på kontot men jag blev inte ens ombedd att verifiera (vilket är konstigt när det finns en uttagsbegäran även om deras kundtjänst sa till mig att det kanske inte finns ett behov av dokument) uttag begärdes för 3 dagar sedan (så vi är fortfarande inom tidsfristen från vad de säger till mig i chatten)
