Listen guys, today was my last withdrawal attempt from them after 2 months of trying.they will never pay you. We have to unite and destroy them.

Its all AI ?! As far as emails and chat...The responses were the same when I enquired repeatedly to why they would not warn me that 1400 in funds would be un refundable if self exclusion was granted and account closed..They even went further and excluded my account indefinitely rather than 5 years I applied for. Daytonaspin needs more blacklistings. trustpilot has no review ? unless I missed it? lesson learned.

Guys they operate under no license. We ain't getting paid.The most frustrating is that they were allowed to scam people for 6 months straight. That's when their domain was created. How come they haven't been reported that long?

No but my VIP manager called me last night 🫨 & said there generally trying to work it out so i can withdraw my funds. And its my bank declining the payment. I dont know tho why would my bank stop the payments

Even if I said it is not very common, it would not have much to do with this particular casino. It happens, some casinos completely ignore safety indexes and thus are not interested in proving their practices to third party companies and some have issues and decide to remain silent until they find out what to do. Now, it would all be speculations. 🙁

The worst scenario is, however, quite the same when a casino chooses to ignore complaints rather than say what has been happening. Any unusual amount of submitted complaints, especially when the issues are more or less the same, always raises concerns in the complaint data team, so the more lodged complaints, the better. My colleagues are constantly trying to reach out to as many people from the casino management or affiliate partners as they can to prevent complete radio silence.

Hi, I think you have plenty of examples of players who are currently trying to get their money back. It’s obviously not the easiest task. It’s possible that you’ll have to wait or run into some problems as well.

Idag hade jag annullerade uttag och de bad mig om dokument, adressbevis, betalningsbevis, selfie med dokument, jag laddade upp dem, nu väntar jag...
