I made a deposit and won £300. Simple verification showing my passport allowed the £300 withdrawal. That was just to build trusts Iv now been trying to withdraw £2400 for 2 weeks and just constantly keep getting asked for more KYC.. so far I have sent

utility bill

proof of deposit

all of these have been accepted yet they want more.

i have now sent:

proof of earnings via bank statement

proof of earnings via payslip.

they align withdrawals with KYC checks. £500 max per 24 hours and 3x withdrawals at a time maximum. They wait the full 3 days then literally just reject the withdrawals without even rejecting or approving the KYC.

any suggestions please?

I've been stuck in the kyc loop for 3-4 months now. I've had everything verified at one point then they unverified a section and continually ask for documents to be submitted. honestly I'm giving it one more try and then I am going to ask my bank for a charge back cause the constant kyc loop they have put me through is beyond excessive

also be ready for the one where they will ask you to take a selfie with your ID in front of your house/flat.
