If the account is still fully open and you are even continuing to receive bonuses after repeatedly asking for self-exclusion due to a gambling problem, that is definitely relevant to your existing complaint.
Please add this latest update there as well, ideally with screenshots showing that the account is still accessible and any recent bonus offers you received.
At this point, I think the best thing is to keep all further developments documented in the complaint so the team has the full picture.🙂
