On the other hand, if the casino is sending these kinds of bonus advertisements to players and then later tells them that they’re not actually eligible for those bonuses, I can understand why that feels misleading.

Ideally, if players from a certain country can’t claim a particular bonus, then those offers shouldn’t really be advertised to them in the first place.

So I wouldn’t label the casino a scam because of this, but I definitely think this is something they should improve, because clear and accurate bonus communication is quite important for players.
